What you'll do

You will be greeted personally by me where will be spend time in our sustainable farm and ranch picking our food from the garden before we cook together. You will have the opportunity to tour our winery, see our grazing animals and even take a look at our Bee program. We will then return to my all wood-fired open air restaurant where we will prepare our meal over open flame all the while enjoying the finest of Baja‘s Wines. Our time will finish sharing a table enjoying the food we prepared together. Focus will be on regenerative agriculture, sustainable local fisheries and artesan beverages.

Where you'll be

Our time will be spent on the Historic Mogor Ranch and in the Kitchen of Deckmans Restaurant. There will also be a visit to the Cavas de Mogor Winery. All are located on the same ranch.
