I started First Class Cooking with a mission to make everyone a better home chef. I started cooking in grade school and my curiosity and adoration for produce led me to work on farms, in kitchens and in catering operation across the US and abroad.
My approach distills proper culinary technique, explains kitchen science in relatable, memorable terms, and discusses principles of flavor composition so that one can successfully cook, without a recipe.
The class atmosphere is fun, encouraging and social and the recipes are flexible to dietary concerns as well as ingredient you'll find back home
