What you'll do

Our 1.5-hour SUP lesson is the perfect introduction to paddle boarding. The session is aimed at novice paddlers or would suit anyone wanting a little extra confidence. The lesson starts with a ‘dry run’ on the beach introducing the kit and basic strokes. On the water our super friendly instructors will take you through the basic strokes, turns and maneuvers so you can navigate the ocean with ease
Other things to note
Age restriction: Anyone below the age of 18 must have a parent / or guardian accompany the child on the activity. Minimum age limits is 12 Yrs

Where you'll be

The Lesson takes place at the beautiful 'Blue Flag' Gyllyngvase beach. Once you have mastered the basic's you will paddle over Gylly reef and Stack point.

Matilda was an amazing instructor for our group! None of us had very much experience paddle boarding and she was a thorough and patient teacher. We had such a fun time and it was the highlight of our trip to Falmouth!

We really enjoyed our Sea Kayaking cave and ship wreck adventure. Andrew was friendly and helpful and advised us to change our booking when initially bad weather was forecast. Our instructor on the day was Matilda who was warm, friendly and knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable and relaxed straight away. We were lucky to have fabulous weather to enjoy the experience . Seeing and learning the fate of the ship wreck was really interesting and the caves were awesome. We enjoyed this a trip as a family of four including three teens aged 19, 17 and felt we had gained a skill and confidence in doing so. We will highly recommend this adventure to all our friends. We also booked the SUP experience which again we thoroughly enjoyed and would highly recommend. My kids we now desperate for me to buy one!

Rob was our instructor and I can honestly say I really recommend a SUP lesson with him. He was really knowledgeable, easy to talk to and super friendly. The activity was really good value for money and quite easy to learn with a calm sea, can thoroughly recommend!

I booked this for myself, my husband and 14 year old daughter. It was a perfect intro to paddle boarding. The team was super friendly and we felt safe & looked after and we had a fabulous time.

We had a fantastic time, were welcomed by name as soon as we arrived and after a run through of the basics, were taken out on the water. Our instructor was fun, knowledgeable and patient and at the end we had great fun playing games and having races. There were just the 5 of us, all family and we learned so much more and had far more fun by having an instructor than if we'd just hired boards. Thank you so much, great family bonding without the agro - what a laugh!!

Fantastic tuition and experience, I felt completely at ease on the water which isn’t always the case so that’s saying a lot and covered a lot more ground, well, sea, than I thought we would. HIGLY RECOMMENDED 🤩
