It's a unique way to experience the Mother City & meet locals. We'll finish with a cup of coffee at a popular deli or coffee shop nearby.

I'm a trail running addict. If I'm not out running, then I'm working on running events. I've run most of my life & was a competitive athlete in my youth. Now I run to enjoy our beautiful mountain trails & show others what the City has to offer in terms of nature & the outdoors.

Sue was a wonderful guide and the run was absolutely amazing. Challenging but doable, with a wide-variety of terrain, and beautiful scenery to keep you motivated! Sue made sure the pace met my needs, and provided a lot of advice on other Cape Town topics! I would highly recommend and it’s one of my highlights.

If you like to run, hike or just get to the nature around Cape Town, Sue us the perfect person. She knows the area so well and can you for a morning run or walk to the most astonishing views of the city. I had a wonderful morning running in the Table Mountain skirts, while we chatted about life, marathons, nature and more.
