What you'll do

The tour begins at the Mercado Público de Porto Alegre (Public Market). The next point is the Prefeitura Municipal (City Hall) of the capital. Moving up a little more, we arrived at the "Esquina Democrática" (Democratic Corner), where we were able to observe the fervent trade on the sidewalk, as well as political, social and cultural manifestations.
The way to in the Praça da Alfândega (Customs Square). Right next door, we have 3 of the most important museums in the state, where the tour follows by Santander Cultural, Memorial of Rio Grande do Sul and MARGS.
After that, the next point to know is the Casa de Cultura Mário Quintana: a building that breathes culture and history.
The tour arrives at the final stretch, from Gasômetro to the end of the new Guaíba Orla, where you can enjoy a quiet and invigorating space.
* It is important to signal that it is a tour for tourists who really do not know anything about the city.
** The tours last 2 hours and will always be on weekends, from 10am to 12pm. After that the duration of the lunch is on account of who hired the tour.
Different times can be combined. :)
*** Lunch will be in one of the 2 best restaurants in the city:
- 360 POA Gastrobar
or
- Bistrô do MARGS
Other things to note
Dress up with something super comfortable. You will not be judged for it.
The whole tour is on foot, so it is necessary to be rested and well disposed.
You can adjust the tour times.

Since very newI look to know all the public spaces with the desire to share more and more my knowledge. I am advertising man, I work in a communication agency, more specifically with fashion industry, and I am currently a student of style consultancy. I was always very helpful and proactive, which gave me many possibilities when someone needed to know something in Porto Alegre and the region:
