What you'll do
We'll start with a brief lesson about the basics of paddle boarding, including how to get on the board, how to stand, how to hold the paddle, how to paddle, what to do in the unlikely situation you fall in, and pointers on how to succeed in different scenarios or weather adjustments. From there we'll make our way into the open water, with assistance to get acclimated, and go search for bat rays, sea lions, pelicans, and more! Occasionally we might chase a rare sighting of dolphins diving through the bay. If the weather's warm enough we'll stop by the bayside slide where u can slip down and cool off. You'll see historic locations, such as the Belmont Park roller coaster and the stern wheeler from a different view, and if time permits, we'll stop by paradise point where you can view yellowtails, sharks and more, and grab a quick beverage if you'd like, before heading back to the drop off point.
Other things to note
Don't bring anything valuable or that you don't want wet. Towels and sandals can be left at the beach. Anything you bring on the board (keys, sunglasses, camera) should be secured well to body unless you like living dangerously.

I have been paddle boarding around the world for more than 10yrs, paddling Mission Bay and the San Diego area regularly and giving lessons and tours on the bay for over 7 years. I'm familiar with the weather patterns on the bay, as well as ocean animals and where to find them, fun activities and landmarks. I'm a strong paddler and have and will keep my guests safe.
Where you'll be
Bat ray bay, Belmont Park roller coaster, bay slide, shark and yellowfin pond, bayside bar, sea lion dock for strong paddlers.
It was a nice experience for me and my sister even though Vanessa was a mean person. Overall we had a good lesson for two hours and she took our pictures. She told us that she was going to email them to us and told me to follow her and send me my email adress thru social media. I did and after a week When I asked her about the pictures she literally told me I might not have anything to do but she does. She was very mean and sent me a long text message saying she has three jobs and busy. I wouldn’t recommend her when there are way many other options. Also she wasnt really friendly in the class.
