I greet you, we go together to the local market and buy fresh food for a picnic, in the process of buying guests receive a skill how to choose the right products, the products are bought in places where they make the purchase, local residents, then together we prepare classic dishes made of Baikal fish (omul, harius, whitefish, Peled), the guest reveals the secrets of cooking the Baikal delicacies, and hold joint tasting of the prepared dishes.

We will visit the Central market where we will buy all the necessary fresh products. This is the most important place where you can buy quality products. Together we will prepare a barbecue on the shore of lake Baikal or Angara river
