I'm an award-winning landscape photographer based in Rotorua, New Zealand. I've had a love of photography since 2008 and enjoy exploring the vast unique and amazing places around our great country. In Rotorua we have 18 pristine lakes, geothermal activity including steaming hot pools, mud pools and geysers, over 5000 hectares of forest including a large stand of Californian Redwoods and one of New Zealand's most photographed buildings; The Rotorua Bathhouse or Rotorua Museum as it's more commonly known as.
Where you'll be
We’ll begin our adventure in Kuirau Park which is the heart of geothermal activity in Rotorua. Think boiling mud and hot steaming pools of water. From there we’ll walk down to Ohinemutu, home of St Faith’s church and where one of the local iwi (Maori tribes) has their marae.

Adrien responded sympathetically to my needs and concerns. I have received many valuable tips and hints for taking better and more creative photos in the future. Perfect for capturing the sights in and around Rotorua in pictures over the next few days and applying what you have learned. The conversations and exercises on aperture, shutter speed and light sensitivity will also remain in my best memories. I highly recommend this activity!
