In between beers and bites, explore the Old Town and get off the beaten path to discover hidden corners most visitors never find, and delve headlong into beer culture in Krakow.
Highlights:
- We will try several types of excellent Polish craft beer
- We will taste two local beer snacks
- we will find out how local people spend their free time and learn about beer culture in Krakow
- We will experience off-the-beaten-track corners of the Old Town and find out more about Krakow’s fascinating history
Other things to note
It is not a pub-crawling tour, more the beer culture and local style. We do not want you to get drunk, we will love to show you our drinking habits and share with you our love for beer

My name is Monika and I'm a city guide of Krakow and a city lover. Together with my friends - Mateusz, Tomasz, Olga and Sabina we are food and craft beer lovers and we will be more than happy to share our knowledge with you. For a long time now, we've been showing our city from the food perspective, we are visiting places located out of the beaten track, taking people to small, local breweries, fighting with some stereotypes about Polish people being only vodka drinkers

Where you'll be

We will start in a great, local pub where our guide will tell you anecdotes about beer culture in Krakow. Next up, we’ll walk through the medieval Krakow to find ourselves inside an old pub situated close to the Main Market Square, but hidden enough to by found by any passer-by. Our final stop will lead us to the popular pub where we try craft beers difficult to find in regular restaurants.

A unique experience that I'd recommend for anyone who enjoys beer with a dose of history. The key to enjoying this tour is understanding that it is - as our guide Mateusz said - a conversation rather than a one sided information dump. It's very personalized - beer types take into account your preferences and the conversation veers toward whatever you're interested in - come prepared with questions and come curious or else you may feel like you're on an awkward first date. The places we went we never would have found on our own and actually went back to some. The way history and beer are weaved together in this tour is very insightful, I'd recommend it for those looking for a non-typical tour.

Was the only one in the group, was my own personal tour. Enjoyed the places and beers I got to try. Wish that the places were a little closer to each other.
