What you'll do
You’ll experience one hour of one-on-one full-body strength training. Followed by a second hour of nutrition where you will good nutrition habits to include meal prepping. You will be able to ask any questions throughout the 2 hour experience to further your knowledge.

I am a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach and I am currently working on my Masters in Exercise Science. I have 10+ years experience in wright training. I am passionate about strength training and nutrition because it is an amazing feeling to be able to help others lead a healthy lifestyle.
Where you'll be
The first hour of strength training will be held in the privacy of my home gym. We will then conclude the last hour inside my kitchen where we will discuss nutrition.
