What you'll do

You'll meet me in front of the A-line subway station (just a few minutes walking from the park) where we will kick off with a typical Italian breakfast to get ready for the stroll!
Then we will enter into the magnificent "Parco degli Acquedotti" (Aqueducts Park), a park recently cleaned and restored which contains the remains of five ancient Roman aqueducts.
You'll learn how they were built, how they functioned and why water was so essential for the city growing.
While strolling through fields and tree-lined paths you'll have the chance to take phenomenal photos and admire the untouched landscape of a still-secret location.
During the stroll, we will also discover the ruins of one of the ancientest road that used to link the eternal city to the south of Italy.
On the way through the different areas, I will show you further archeological remains such as ancient streets (below the modern ones!), roman farms & Pagan mausoleums.
Other things to note
Tour runs either rain or shine. In case of rain please take umbrella or ponchos!

Born and raised in Rome, I've been working as a guide for 6 years sharing my passion & knowledge about the ancient world of this beautiful city.
Since I was a kid I've always been interested in Roman history and I can't still believe it became my daily job!
I have a strong interest in archeology and I try to show (on my tours) the most unknown, interesting and hidden sites that Rome can offer!
I work as a Licensed guide, tour leader and tour escort and I love meeting new people, cultures and anyone who is willing to explore Rome.

Where you'll be

The Aqueduct park is still a secret gem in Rome. Many locals visit it during the weekend for Brbqs and jogging and it gets incredibly quiet during the weekdays.
