John very knowledgeable on local information/sites. He did well communicating prior to and during the tour. I'd rate the physical aspect of the walk as easy to moderate... doable by the majority but there is some walking up hills so depends on personal physical level. The information shared gave great insight to background of Newport and surrounding area. Certain topics discussed could use more historical background. Included almost all information from the Masonic view so interesting but would of liked various findings/opinions throughout the area.

There are no tunnels under Newport!!! Not a historical tour about architecture or colonial settlements...more about free mason conspiracy theories...but had a good time nonetheless!

John was a terrific tour guide—he had us looking for Masonic symbols on every rock by the end! If you liked “The Da Vinci Code,” you’ll love this tour!
