What you'll do

We'll meet right at the Salt Marsh Trail parking lot off of Bissett Rd in the Cole Harbour region. Once there I will get you outfitted with a bike and helmet plus a bottle of water and a light snack. We'll then take off down the Trans Canada Trail pathway to our bridge destination. The bike ride normally takes about 15 mins one way, but we will take a leisure pace so we can enjoy the beauty of nature which will surround us on our travels. It should be noted that most of the bike ride is right along an inlet of the Atlantic ocean so it is very scenic and you will catch a few rays of sun! Once we arrive at the bridge, we'll go for a well deserved plunge (bring your swim trunks and towel!) and enjoy the surroundings and learn a little bit about the area. After our swim we'll jump back on the bikes and start the trek back to the original meeting spot. Once we're back to the meeting spot, we'll bid each other farewell and you'll be well on your way to other great adventures here in Nova Scotia!
Other things to note
It should be noted that the bridge from which we jump off from is not higher than about 15 feet and is completely optional. There is a spot to enter the water without jumping.

My passion is adventure and discovering new places especially when it comes to exploring the outdoors and nature in this unique way. I have taken many friends and family to this quiet, off the beaten path, bridge jumping sanctuary for more than 10 years now. I have done many extreme type activities such as bungee jumping, wake boarding, snowboarding and everything in between but my summer time love is getting outdoors on a bike trail by the Atlantic ocean and breathing in some fresh sea salty Maritime air!

We'll have the option to take as many photo stops along the way as you would like and our final destination will be the Ready-aye-Ready 3rd bridge which is about a 15 min leisure bike ride from our meeting point.
