I’m a nature enthusiast, trained facilitator, dancer & somatic practitioner. I have a love for the Barton Creek greenbelt and love to share some of my favorite spots. I’ve created an experience that combines the revitalizing support of nature with a hiking and movement activity that is guaranteed to help you recharge and have some fun! Some of the movement practices I am trained in are mindfulness, tai chi, yoga, somatic experiencing, authentic movement, creative movement, movement observation (LMA) and dance!

Where you'll be

Barton Creek Greenbelt is a very popular area in Austin which is 7.9 miles long with 809 acres and begins at Zilker Park. With sheer limestone cliff walls, dense lush vegetation, and popular swimming areas. Barton Creek Greenbelt is considered the 7th best hiking trail in Texas for swiming, climbing, biking and more. We’ll be in the area called “the flats” with a great deal of exposed rock and flowing water.
