Great experience, we had a comfortable ride to Imlil valley , on the way we stopped for a short camel ride and the second time for a delicious breakfast ( berber bread and dips), in an argan oil cooperative. Our guide , Brahim (Nourdine's brother) met us in Imlil and guided us up a slope, past a waterfall, along a road, to his house in a small village. The hike is easy, it lasts about 1.5 hours, but if you are not very fit, you can get there on a mule, for a supplement. The view of Toubkal and the valley are magnificent. I can only imagine the scenery in spring, with all the fruit trees in blossom. In Brahim's house, we met his lovely family and were treated with lentil soup, tajine, fruit and tea. All yummy, but too much for us. We were not pushed to buy anything or give extra tips, like you sometimes are in Morocco.

My wife, two boys, and I had a wonderful day with Nourdine. It was great to get out of the chaos of Marrakech for a day and enjoy the countryside and the clean mountain air. We stopped at a few touristy places, but they were nice in their own right -- an Argan Oil cooperative and a small camel riding spot. He then took us off the beaten path for a great two or three hour hike through the mountains, seeing sights along the way and ending at a small village for a great meal. Nourdine was very kind, considerate, and helpful. He was wonderful with our boys, 8 and 10, and helped us to have a very memorable and enjoyable day. I would recommend him without reservation.

This was an amazing experience that we could never have done on our own. Nourdine tailored the walk specifically to the needs of our family. It was the best part of our week in Morocco!
