What you'll do

Spend the day with an Indigenous Shaman (Medicine Woman) and meet the ancient spirits of a Canadian inland temperate Rainforest, participate in First Nations healing rituals and learn about the natural flora and fauna in this unique ecosystem.
What you’ll do:
• Be greeted by your host with Traditional Indigenous drumming and thank you song
• Hike to a beautiful setting within a unique inland rainforest
• Learn about some of our flora and fauna
• Learn how to cook traditional First Nations bannock and salmon on an open fire (fire is seasonal)
• Listen to educational and entertaining stories
• Learn rejuvenation techniques with Shamanic Cleansing and Purification Rites
• Practice Traditional meditation techniques to become one with All Life
• Go on a guided Drum journey to activate your Path of Destiny
• Carve a prayer stick to anchor your Path of Destiny and help you manifest it
Other things to note
Road conditions from the top of our road to the house can be challenging in the winter, in which case I will pick you up in my 4x4 truck to ensure your safe arrival.

Where you'll be

You will meet me at our rural and remote farm from where we will set off on a mild 20 minute hike to arrive at a site deep in our unique inland Rainforest ecosystem. This is where you will spend the majority of your day. The range of botanical diversity is staggering and the animals that share the ecosystem are grizzly and black bears, cougars, wolves, lynx, eagles, elk etc.
