I am a co-founder of ☕Coffee & Cream Rooftop, a certified professional barista with years of experience whose goal is to convert the aroma, flavor, and presentation of coffee into an experience of senses and emotions. Five years ago, I started my career as an experience creator at my job at Disney World. I have assisted in the organization of events in Orlando, London, and Madrid. I have certified myself in coffee plantations in the country of the most suitable land to plant, Ecuador, to learn more about the processes of selection in harvesting, processing, drying, and roasting of coffee. I experienced more than 20 varieties.

Great experience getting to learn about coffee and practice the art if making specialty coffee (espresso, cappuccino, mocha). In depth, fun, and insightful. Certainly recommend.

This experience was fantastic. José Luis gave us insight into Quito, taught us about the different ways coffee is cleaned, roasted, and brewed, as well as a mini lesson on how to do latte art. He connected with us, I felt included and supported, and it was a really fun experience. I definitely recommend this.

This is true coffee experience. You learn about the varieties of coffee, the importance of selecting your beans, grinding beans, and finally making a great cup of coffee or espresso! I thought I knew a good amount about coffee prior to this experience but now I can confidently go to a store to purchase beans and know how best to prepare a great cup of coffee. The host, Jose Luis is so passionate about his craft and teaching it to the public that you can not get excited about making beautiful lattes or the perfect espresso! I was served wonderful brunch after our experience that was full of local flavors and love for Ecuadorian ingredients. A wonderful experience that is a full three hours of intense coffee learning!
