What you'll do
We will arrive at meeting point at busy downtown of Ho Chi Minh City and start the local food tours. We will visit normal market to try some snacks and drinks. Next stop will be trying the food of chinese immigrant that immigrated to Vietnam for long time and their business is opening 30-40 years. The last stop is lunch of trying local eel noodle.

I love to expand my food knowledge everyday from tasting many different cuisines as culture exchange. I usually cook with friends from many different countries to expand my horizon and inspired by trying new food to collect ideas for my cafe restaurant business. My local foodyctionary tours in Ho Chi Minh is to show people the special small corner hidden gems of local foods around the city as well as way to exchange culture ans inspire other people in many ways from trying new foods to new cooking ideas.
Where you'll be
The market we visit are typical places for groceries shopping for local. Guests will see how people selling and buying foods, spices, and many useful things for daily life. When we visit the chinese local restaurant of 20-30 years, the waiters and shop owner are bilingual immigrants and communicate in Cantonese & Vietnamese. The special noodle is located in small corner at downtown of Ho Chi Minh City that people usually missed.
