What you'll do
This tour is constructed 4 main experiences-
＜Walking shopping street＞ SHOPPING
We will walk traditional shopping streets ”Onari-Dori street” and “Koshigoe shotengai street” to enjoy buying gifts there.
＜Staying Japanese spiritual spot; temples and shrine＞ Japanese CLTURE
We will visit “Kotoku-in temple” that is famous for the great buddha made of blonds,
We will visit a quiet temple, "Kosoku-ji". It has many beautiful flowers and an old prison behind the temple made of soil called "Doro".
We will visit “Amanawa-Jinja shrine”, the oldest shrine in Kamakura that locates so high that we can see ocean from there.
＜To visit a famous spot for comic＞ PHOTO SPOT
We will visit a famous spot for comic "Slum Dunk" near Kamakura-koko-mae station.
＜Riding interesting trains＞ VIEW
We will take famous private train Enoden line. Born-on-1902-train will amaze you.
We will take Shonan-Monorail. You cannot ride this type of train in other place (unless Chiba city).
You can take photos everywhere! I prepared some quizzes (T/F or with three multiple choices) I will question during my tour. Answer to get wonderful local gift!
Through the tour, you will become a little bit more knowledgeable about Japanese culture.

I've been in Kamakura for more than 15 years and I have found a lot of wonderful place in Kamakura through my childhood. In a while local school at Kamakura, I have studied interesting history of Kamakura and developed English language skill to guide you.
During vacation, I have traveled around Japan, Korea and Russia and took a sightseeing, experienced local cultures, stayed in B&B.
Now I'm studying politics at university in Tokyo and I still love Kamakura as my hometown in my heart.

Where you'll be
The tour is held my home town Kamakura city, where was the capital of Japan from 12th century to 14th century. In Kamakura, there are a lot of traditional religious buildings and special public facilities in modern times.
Our trip will end at Ofuna station, near Kamakura. Please feel free to ask me to see off back at Kamakura station again.

Ryotarosan was very thoughtful and considerate. Even before the trip, he gave us great directions to Kamakura and took the time to personalize the tour taking into consideration my health issues. It was supposed to be a walking tour but instead he even bought train tickets for us so that I did not have to walk very far. He also made sure that he brought only snacks to which we were not allergic to. He thought of every little detail. That shows how much he truly cared. Furthermore, he was willing to re-arrange his busy schedule to accommodate us. During the tour, you really get a sense that Ryotarosan loves his city and wants to share it with the world. The time flew by so fast and we wish we had more time. Thank you Ryotarosan. We hope to see you again, hopefully on our next visit to Japan.

Government ID
You’ll need to take a picture of yourself that matches the photo on your ID. This is so Airbnb can confirm who’s actually going on the experience. You’ll only have to do this once.
