What you'll do

Come and enjoy a lovely day where you get to DIY your own sign or coasters, using traditional Portuguese mini-tiles (azulejos). I offer many different designs and formats so that you can create your own unique design. The azulejos sign and coasters are a great souvenir to bring back home or to give away as a gift.

To make it even more enjoyable, I offer a sharing plate of local goodies; cheese, olives, bread, fruit and wine, that can be enjoyed while crafting.

This cultural workshop is a fun and relaxing experience, perfect to be enjoyed together with friends and family of all ages. Also great for hen parties.

Where you'll be

The workshop takes place in a beautiful countryside spot. We will set up a nice table in a private area, surrounded by olive trees. It is conveniently located right outside Albufeira, and can be reached with a quick cab ride.

We had a lovely, relaxing evening sitting in amongst the olive trees with music playing, making our tiles, followed by delicious Portuguese food to sample. It was a real highlight of our holiday.

This was such a lovely experience. Hetal made us feel welcome from the moment we booked. The setting was idyllic sitting out under the olive trees as the sun set. The activity itself was really relaxing and enjoyable and we are really happy with our customised sign and coasters. The food and wine was all Portuguese, as local as possible, seasonal and delicious which added to the cultural experience. We would highly recommend and would definitely come back. Thanks Hetal!

The experience at Petit-Ham has been unforgettable. The workshop is organized in the middle of old olive grove, surranded by the nature, with nice music. The peaceful atmosphere and Hetal’s attitude made us feel relaxed (also thanks to good wine and local food :)). The workshop itself and azulejos making was a lot of fun for us.
