What you'll do

Guests will arrive at a private residence, we will chat over freshly brewed herbal tea. I will lead you through a 15 minute guided meditation that includes sound healing. We will then move on a tailored Thai Yoga Massage session of 45 minutes tailored to your specific needs. Aromatherapy will be diffusing along with soothing music so you can relax fully and enjoy the experience deeply.

This is a Private Thai Yoga Massage Experience. You will be put into yoga postures and experience massage techniques. We will explore breathing techniques and movement.
