What you'll do

Guests will be welcomed in my Air BnB and in the scheduled times 11/13 or 18/20 (before lunch or dinner) they will have the Cooking Class experience:
- They will prepare, under my guide, the pasta and the ragù for a typical recipe of our territory,
- preparation of a second dish of their choice from four menus;
- Basic selection for wine tasting during lunch or dinner.
Gli ospiti saranno accolti nel mio Air BnB e negli orari programmati 11/13 oppure 18/20 (prima del pranzo o cena) faronno l'esperienza del Cooking Class:
- Prepareranno, sotto la mia guida, la pasta ed il ragù per una ricetta tipica del nostro territorio,
- preparazione di un secondo piatto a loro scelta fra quattro menù;
-lezione dibase per degustazione vini durante il pranzo o cena.

Guests don't have to bring anything! in the price everything is included from the basic food to cook and prepare, to the tasting menu to the wine to taste "all you can drink

I am a retired architect with a diploma in CHEF. I am a small producer of Aglianico del Vulture Doc wine. It has been hosted for 10 years with lunches and pasta in the cellar. I do cooking lessons with the preparation of various types of pasta made directly by the guests, with a final lunch with all the products prepared by the guests / students. Finally, during lunch or dinner I give wine tasting lessons.
Sono un architetto in pensione con diploma in CHEF. Sono un npiccolo produttore di vino Aglianico del Vulture Doc. Ospito da 10 anni con pranzi e cnce in cantina. Eseguo lezioni di cucina con preparazione di vari tipi di pasta fatti direttamente dagli ospiti, con pranzo finale con tutti i prodotti preparati dagli ospiti/allievi. Infine durante il pranzo o cena impartisco lezioni di degustazione vino.
