The Winery covers 9 hectares of which 5.2 are vineyards and has an average annual production of 30,000 bottles.
The vineyard is treated with the grassing technique, with organic and mineral fertilization without the use of chemical products or herbicides.
Aging takes place in French oak barrels. The energy used for the entire production cycle is from renewable sources.

It was really memorable moment for me with visit for this lovely place with Valentino. Even I visit just afterday of Christmas (It's originally holiday in Italy!), Valentino was really kind and considerate. He provided me really good wine, some bread with superb olive oil and enough explanation for his place & wine. He even helped me for finding near Agriturismo and brought me there! It is really more than I expected :) Highly recommend.

Valentino went out of his way to help us with arrangements for our visit. He provided transport to and from the nearest train station. We had a very personalised visit to his family winery and by chance met his family members. Valentino provided a lot of detail about the vineyard and how they made their wines. We had some bruschetta with their own olive oil and a very generous wine tasting. We had a little extra time and so Valentino gave us a quick tour of Montefalco. We had a wonderful afternoon.
