Our journey of coffee started in 2017 after we quit our job as tour leader and join the path of coffee. The third wave coffee also started being a trend in Vietnam. So our Phin Coffee is a Third Wave Coffee style.
My name is Thinh Bui. I and my wife started the coffee, she takes care the business, I am taking care of training baristas, roasting coffee and quality control (So I can just keep drinking coffee and no-one complain)
I spent 2 months in different farms in Da Lat to learn their coffee farming methods, harvesting coffee and roasting coffee. We also invested the modern roasting machine to control our coffee quality beside training our baristas carefully to make sure all our cups have to be consistency. So let join us to understand more about coffee and the coffee culture of Vietnam.
