What you'll do

We will meet at a very central spot of Athens and grab some coffe or tea. Short trip to the feet of mount Hymettus and our beautiful hike starts. We will hike up the mountain till we reach the Byzantine monastery of Kaisairiani, that dates back to the 11th century.

After a visit to the monastery we will follow the botanical trail climbing above the monastery and stumble upon another small church hidden in the forest.
The church of Analipsi is a mystery even to the locals.

From Analipsi we will go up through the woods and towards the Korakovouni summit, where we get to have the best view of Athens.

Short stop at Kalopoula, a tiny wooden hut and a large outside seating area, where we can relax a bit and get some snacks, before we head to our secret yoga spot.

Yoga and deep relaxation among the tallest trees will follow, among birds and streams, turtles and flowers, before we head back to Athens for the rest of our amazing day!
Other things to note
All levels are welcome as there are multiple routes to follow and yoga practice can be adjusted accordingly

I have loved yoga and the mountains for more than 15 years. I love nature, hiking, climbing, trekking, laying down among the trees in the sun and feel their vibes and presence.

I love making people laugh and smile and feel like home, helping others and making the world a better place.
I am a certified yoga therapist and I enjoy introducing people to their own journey of self discovery. I love travel and
