What you'll do

Join Heather and Sonja for this two part workshop designed to explore all the benefits of thrifting for clothes. Begin the workshop in the studio where you will learn how to take your own set of measurements and how to apply them to off-the-rack pre-made garments. Learn how get the "thrift store smell" out of clothes, about stain removal and how garments that don't quite fit can be altered so that they do! After that we will drive to a local thrift store and shop together. With the guidance of Heather and Sonja, you will find clothes that will fit you based on the measurements we collected. (without ever having to step into the fitting room)
Other things to note
If you want to come early to enjoy what Lowe Mill has to offer before the class, please build in time. There are lots of artist studios, eateries and other things to be a part of.
