What you'll do

In the homely kitchen of my small private restaurant (one of just a few in Switzerland), I will show you what it takes to make a simple but divine chocolate cake.
To get us into the chocolate mood, we will taste multiple bars of chocolate to get a sense of the uniqueness of this addictive product. Baked with the best Swiss chocolate, our chocolate cake will be both gluten-free and low in lactose.
After throwing on our aprons, you’ll be astounded by the simplicity and speed of putting together this delectable "Schoggichueche"! While the delicacy from the oven is slowly filling the air with a lovely chocolaty scent, we’ll have a Q&A session to answer any burning chocolate related questions.
As soon as the cake comes out of the oven, we will sit at the table with our creations along with a selection of delicious regional drinks.

As a small gift, everyone will receive a mini chocolate cake to take home.

Chocolate lifts the mood, strengthens the nerves, and brings joy!
Other things to note
Low lactose and Gluten free. No vegan.

I cook and host in my own little private restaurant. Originally a trained confectioner, I have had many interesting and instructive experiences at home and abroad over the years. I am more of an understatement and like to let the dishes speak for my skills. Central Switzerland has a lot to offer in terms of culinary delights. My selected recipes from my mother and grandmother are prepared simply and tastily with a few tricks and can also be cooked for beginners. Especially my Chocolate Cake is as simply as it can get. Only regional and natural products are processed.

Spent a lovely afternoon with Marco and enjoyed making the delicious Swiss Chocolate Cake. It is a fun way to learn more about chocolate and how to cook with it. You get to take home some lovely memories as well as some cake too. Highly recommended.
