We booked our Machu Picchu tour with Cesar however on the actual day of the tour it was hosted by a colleague of his. Even though Cesar himself did not give us the Machu Picchu tour, he was with us through out our Peru stay by providing transportation from the Cusco airport to our hotel in Sacred Valley. We paid extra since our hotel was not in Cusco. On the way to Sacred Valley he provided history and knowledge on the region and even took us to a town called Chinchero where we got a lesson on thread making by the ladies in the thread mills. It was a unique and personalized experience. Cesar also offered to pick us up from Sacred Valley and take us to Ollaytantambo where we would catch our train to Aguas Calientes. He gave us another personalized tour experience of Ollaytantambo. He was very attentive and reliable. He brings in his unique stories and experiences to his tours. We highly recommend him for your tours in Peru!

This is one of the best experiences I’ve had! Cesar was helping me way before my arrival to Perú. Once I arrived to Cusco, he took me to a Quechua market where I learned the techniques and art of the sewing process a tradition from their ancestors. It was such a great experience! Cesar is super knowledgeable about his culture and I learned so much about the area, the food and traditions. He answered all of my questions :) And of course, the trip to Machu Picchu was amazing! I felt safe and I had such a great time, cant wait to go back and meet up with Cesar for more experiences!

The tour was amazing. Our guide was very knowledgeable. Remember to buy your Machu Picchu entrance tickets and bus tickets before going on the tour. CESU316 kept constant communication with us even before we got to peru. He was very helpful in answering any questions we had in terms of trying to prepare for the trip. Highly reccomend!!!

We had a great time on this tour of Machu Picchu. Our guide was friendly, knowledgable, and had very good spoken English. The tour was a mixture of seeing the sights, hearing about the history, and stopping for photo opportunities. We appreciated that the guide brought a book of visual aids along with him, as this proved helpful in understanding the history of the place and added to the overall experience. The tour was very good value for money, even after paying a tip at the end of the 2hr30. As Machu Picchu’s ticket booking system is already quite confusing, this made it a but difficult to coordinate pre-booking our tickets with getting a place on this tour, but we worked it all out in the end — and on the day the tour was fantastic.

I had an exceptional experience. Jose Luis was our guide at the Citadel, where we had a blast. He was very attentive and was assisting us when needed. However, Cesar took our experience to a different level: attention to details, tour customization, and overall carrying attitude converted our trip to a true journey. I highly recommend Cesar as a go to person when traveling to Cusco area. Cesar cares about his customers and goes above and beyond to create an exceptional experience. You can’t go wrong if you choose him as a private guide for your trip. I share my sincere opinion as he worked hard to win it and I am awarding him with my highest recognition. Thank you ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The tour is okay, looks like they take bookings from AirBNB and subcontract them out for local tour guides. My feelings was that I should have found someone locally and would have been more fun, personalized tour and got more information. There are many guides approach you at the bus stops and at the entrances offering guide services.
