I took my children and in-laws to spend a holiday in this house because I wanted to get out of the hustle and bustle of the city, coming there I was surprised by Ana's place and kindness. Pleasant place with lots of programs for children. I want to come back now😀.

Pedro was very attentive, easy to communicate with. The house was exactly as in the photos and as described in the ad. It looked even bigger than in the photos. It had all the utensils you need in a house, you didn't need to bring anything if you didn't want to. I took things apart because I can't live without them, like my popcorn maker. But you could stay if you wanted. I thought it was a good idea to keep the house keys in a safe at the entrance of the house. Unfortunately, on the weekend there were some power outages on the street, which compromised the house's power a little, but it was only on the last night. And despite having muriçoca since it is a forest area, there were those repellent spirals to scare them away. I went with my family and they loved the house, wishing to return at the next opportunity. Excellent house! I recommend the house and the host.

The house is very well built and well cared for. It was designed to give comfort to all guests, not to mention that there is a room adapted for people with limited mobility. It's worth spending a weekend, or a longer period at this beach house. The place is a paradise and has restaurants and conveniences in the area. Hosts were thoughtful and kind to us, and they met all of our needs. Our carnival was unforgettable.

Host took a long time to respond, I only found the place because I had rented another chalet with another owner who sent me the location. But when I got there, it was easy to communicate. The property was moldy, but the host relocated us to another unit. We got a lot of good service.

We had a great stay!! The apartment is very comfortable and well maintained. The location is great, with several cafes and restaurants in the vicinity of the condominium. And it's very close to the wonderful Cotovelo beach. The leisure area is amazing. With several swimming pools, sports courts, playground, game room and gym. We really enjoyed it!

Dennis was an excellent host, always available for what we need. The house is beautiful, well maintained, clean, kitchen has absolutely everything you need. The condominium is very well maintained, all green, gardening always in day, safe, quiet and quiet. Access to the lagoon is good but it is very small.
