The house is a unique old fisherman's home from 1875, which has been owned by the family since 1929. Upgraded to today's amenities, without ruining the old nostalgia. The house is located in the center of the nostalgic village of Gjógv. One of the most scenic and idyllic places in the Faroe Islands Here you can imagine going back in time, relaxing and enjoying the tranquility. It is a perfect place to settle down, relax and breathe in the calmness and history of the Faroe Islands. It is 3-4 km from Leynarvatn – the most popular salmon fishing lake of the Faroe Islands.
