Bright and spacious!

The property is located in the "Gästehaus Mörtl," a house from the 1960s. It is located in the middle of the village of Faak am See. The lake is only a few minutes' walk away, turquoise blue, with magnificent mountain views. It is one of the southernmost and warmest swimming lakes in Austria. The property has access to the garden with mountain views. Train station, pharmacy, doctor, supermarket and inn are very close. The area invites you to countless activities, such as hiking, cycling or swimming.

Enjoy this cozy apartment with large balcony and partial view of Lake Faak. Very centrally located and only a few minutes walk from the public beach (free of charge). The nicely furnished apartment can accommodate two to three people. Open-plan kitchen and living area with pleasant atmosphere, spacious bathroom and bedroom. Bikes can be parked in the private, lockable basement compartment. A grocery store is opposite.

What to expect: A cozy, lovingly furnished and idyllically located 50 square meter apartment on the second floor of our house. Ideal for two people. Living between mountains & lakes

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment of Andrea and her family. The apartment is very quiet and Lake Faak and Lake Aichwaldsee are easily accessible via hiking trails. In addition, the area is well suited for longer hikes. The apartment itself is very cozy and wonderfully equipped. If we had any questions, Andrea got back to us within a very short time and also gave us very valuable tips for the area. We felt very comfortable and would recommend the stay at any time :)

We stayed for three nights on New Year's Eve. The apartment we were assigned had a beautiful viata to the valley and the lake. The terrace(accessible from the two rooms and from the day side) and its view are definitely the highlight of the apartment. The surroundings seem suitable for walks in nature, during the period of our stay everything was snowy. The apartment has everything you need, it is very spacious and cozy. The host's family made us feel at home. The dog was accepted with great tolerance. Highly recommended!

Patricia was very helpful and kind! There were 5 of us and we had a great time, the house is 70s style but has everything you need, the outside is a large garden with a ping pong table, swing and lounger, there is also a porch where you can eat outside! Everything was clean and tidy, the only thing was the bathroom was a little uncomfortable as the bathtub was very small and therefore uncomfortable, but otherwise everything was perfect! There was also a dishwasher and a washing machine! Really everything you needed to feel at home
