Holiday rentals with a patio in Fabrezan

I stayed at Chris’s place with my dad for 3 nights after heading up from Perpignan. The apartment is a couple of minutes walk from the train station and also a couple of minutes away from the main square, where there are ample restaurants. It wasn’t peak season so they weren’t always open but we still managed to get some great meals. The apartment is also about a 20 minute walk to the medieval city, which is great if you love a bit of history. The apartment itself is immaculate and very comfortable. The balcony was great to sit out on and you can hear the organs playing from the church opposite. The apartment is on the street and cars going by can be loud, but Chris kindly left earplugs in the bedrooms to resolve this. We would definitely recommend Chris’s apartment and would love to stay again.

The place was stunning, great decor.. The area is super cute and relaxing. Everything is nearby. The beach is a nice, sandy gradual entry. Bring beach towels.

Very convenient apartment, perfectly located near the Canal du Midi and the village center. Patrick and Annie have very well furnished this apartment which is very functional and very comfortable in addition to being beautifully decorated. My husband and I had a great stay and are ready to do it again.

We spent a wonderful few days in Pascale's beautiful apartment. It suited our party of four perfectly. Pascale was extremely helpful and friendly, giving great advice about local restaurants and things to do. In the June heat, the apartment was fantastically cool and welcoming, and the garden, with its' amazing views of La Cité, catered to both sun and shade lovers. The apartment was extremely well-equipped for self-catering, but there were also lots of lovely restaurants within easy walking distance. Unfortunately, we only had a short stay but we'd love to return for a longer break to see more of Carcassonne and its' fascinating surroundings - and we would definitely return to this gorgeous apartment.

We had a fantastic stay here - the location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the medieval castle. It is so easy to step outside and soak in the atmosphere with charming alleyways, plenty of eateries (still some closed in mid-June), and little shops all around. Access to the castle and the walk along the wall (highly recommend) is just minutes away. The apartment itself is spacious and comfortable, with great bathroom facilities and a fantastic outdoor area that we really enjoyed. We did have a bit of trouble finding it at first, but once we reread Marie's instructions it all made sense - be sure to look for Le Rendez-vous above the entrance door. Having free car parking was brilliant, and we didn’t mind the walk up to the apartment. We stayed one night, and found we had enough time to look around, we loved old Carcassonne and it is definitely worth visiting. It was a really memorable stay and we’d thoroughly recommend it.

Ciarda and Richard were gracious and helpful hosts. There response to our questions and a couple of repairs was timely. The location is easy in and out and the parking in front is a real plus. The property is comfortable and spacious and these are all good things. There were for us, some things less satisfactory. The 2nd floor is accessed by steep and somewhat irregular stairs. Once on the 2nd floor there are number of interior steps both short and tall as well as up and down. While there is nothing that Ciarda and Richard can do about that short of remodeling, but it is something that we think that should be noted in the description. All in all we had a great stay and would recommend it to others with the caveats noted.

We stayed with Claude for 16 days in June. We immediately felt at home. Landlords were very reserved but immediately on the spot when help was needed. - TOP - It was very clean, also our wish to be able to use both bedrooms was no problem. Claude and his wife are very helpful and pleasant. The accommodation was very, very quiet and in 30 minutes on foot the old town and in 15 minutes on foot the baker could be reached. The car could be parked immediately in front of the entrance - very pleasant when loading and unloading. The area within a 100 km radius offers sooooooo much that you can hardly explore everything in time. The small pool is ideal for cooling off after excursions in the heat.

Enjoyed our stay again. A wonderful house in a beautiful area where you can relax after a day on the road. We will definitely come back again.

Lovely spacious villa, quiet area and nice village. Well equipped kitchen. Lovely garden and pool. Only slight problem was the 1 toilet for 4 double bedrooms and bathroom with hand held shower inside main bedroom. So only 1 shower room. But we had a great family holiday.

A lovely french townhouse in the peaceful village of Caunes-minnervois. The space is lovely, especially the rooftop terrace and associated living room. Definitely worth what we paid. Host helpful throughout. Limited stuff to do in the surrounding area, but definitely a place for a more relaxing holiday. Would highly recommend!

Stone house in a small hamlet in the Val Du Faby, ideal for excursions in the area (Aude and Ariège). Clean furnishings, everything you need, wooden terrace with small garden. The house stays cool even in warm temperatures. My dogs and I felt comfortable.

A very quiet place with large spaces, the patio is very pleasant for all meals. Mickaël was very responsive and very kind. Thank you again Mickaël for calling us quickly for an oversight during our departure.

This is a beautiful, old, typically French Domaine. The outside space is especially beautiful with a large gravelled area, perfect for outside living. The kitchen was well stocked which made it easy to feed us all. The tortoises were lovely, our nearly two year old granddaughter loved them. We also loved the pool. Jacqueline lives next door and was very helpful, luckily we had a French speaker with us to help. Martin is always available via messages to help too. Very well situated for a quick drive to the supermarket, local towns and the general area.

A very well located apartment close to the city while being located in a quiet area. The view and the environment are beautiful, the equipment of the apartment and terrace is very very complete. Parking is assigned to the apartment… in short, only positive things to say In addition, the contact with Maria, whom we thank for her very friendly hosting, is pleasant. We hope to be back soon. We were hosted very well, the hosts had taken care to put water and a melon in the fridge for our arrival. The apartment is in a good location, we were able to do everything on foot. Communication is very easy. We recommend these truly caring hosts.

The place is very nice for walking and relaxing, so it is very touristy. Parking spaces can usually be found nearby. Apartment very nicely renovated. Perfect for 4 people. In the photos (bedroom) larger than in reality. Unfortunately, too little storage (only 5 hangers) and drawers were occupied by bed linen, etc. Steep staircase. Veranda sufficient for 4 people. Unfortunately, no parasol is available. Alison (cleaning assistant, but she organized one for us.🫶🏻) "Mr. Dyson" lived with us in the living room...🥲 otherwise everything is good.

The apartment is lovely, with a very pretty garden. Self-contained with private entrance. We had everything we needed. Steve & Jane are very friendly, as is their gorgeous little dog. We will return!

Functional accommodation in a really nice setting, a little away from the village, with a very considerate and extremely friendly host. We'll be back, that's for sure.

Good quiet place to explore the area. Cities like Narbonne and Beziers nearby, beautiful hiking locations and varied beaches; from busy tourist beaches to beaches that you almost have to yourself. Apartment well equipped with necessities. A friendly landlord who is proud of his location. The street was a bit messy due to sewer or other similar work, so we had to search for a while at first. Parking is not possible directly at the apartment, but in a public parking lot, a few streets away. Delicious bakery on the square 100 meters walk

an atypical place like at home... everything is there to feel good... small attentions that are superb intentions... pleasant surprises of kindness nestle everywhere... to be repeated i loved it
