Ca Paravento B&B was born from the recovery of two stone farmhouses dating back to the late 1700s and is surrounded by its flower garden and the panoramic view of Monte Catria and Acuto, as well as woods and greenery as far as the eye can see. Recently restored (2010) following the principles of bio-architecture, it has maintained the original warmth, using only natural and recycled materials: it has an independent entrance and consists of 3 bedrooms each with private bathroom; Bedsheets and towels are foreseen and washes eco friendly. Note that is the B&B no pets are allowed The swimming pool perfect in the landscape and the environment we have chosen to sanitize the water with salt (it is an innovative method of water disinfection created thinking of the principle of the natural ecosystem of the marine environment, avoiding the use of chemicals for traditional water treatment, is to be considered a safe and respectful alternative for the environment and for the health of our skin / eyes / hair) is free accessible for all guests NB extra's (to pay locally) Breakfast is NOT include but can be daily reserved for a supplement of €15/night/room. Why is it not included? Our management is eco-responsible and our breakfasts are made entirely at home with organic and 0 km products: the carefully prepared cakes are simple and rustic, we prepare bread every day with local flours, mini croissants, biscuits and fresh fruit jams, all homemade. We do everything to make this moment unforgettable: during the summer it will be served outdoors and when the weather does not allow it , we have at disposal "the Aunties room" dedicated to this magical moment of the day.

The suite is part of the family home but feels completely separate with its own entrance into a spacious living area overlooking the olive trees. The large private bathroom is a little gem, with its individually cut marble tiles making a chequer board effect, fresh & light, with a marvellous window done in brick work which plays a wonderful effect when the light pours in on hot summer days! A saltwater pool surrounded by fragrant rosemary to share with our family & friends with unspoilt views.

Single room with a single bed in a lovely historic house, with a hanging garden, located in the heart of the historic center of Perugia in front of the Etruscan Arch, University for Foreigners (Palazzo Gallenga-Stuart), Medieval Aqueduct, 200 meters from Corso Vannucci, and very close to many other points of historical and cultural interest. Garden available for breakfast (included). Covered parking 100 meters away from 7:30 pm on Friday until Sunday. The blue stripes are free.
