I propose you a spacious and bright house of 135m² completely renovated with lots of charm in a very quiet street. It is newly and fully equipped (high speed wifi). With a capacity of 7 people , it has 3 bedrooms with beds made on your arrival. Sofa bed is convertible. Bathroom towels and an umbrella bed are available. Private parking.

We welcome you to our 2 accommodations in a quiet area surrounded by greenery , but very close to big cities , Lille 20 minutes , Lens 25 minutes, Arras 30 minutes . The building is independent of our house. On the ground floor are the living room, the toilet and the kitchen and upstairs the bedroom with the bathroom. The breakfast option is possible at €10 per person. We are 3 km from the forest of Phalempin. For work, the highway is 7 minutes away. I look forward to welcoming you😁.

You will be 10 minutes from Lille airport. 5 minutes from Chru de Lille, universities such as Lille 2 (sport and law), Lille 3 (letter) Lille 1 (science) via the metro Porte des Posts, or Porte de Douai or Chu Theatre. Bus line 7 is 50 meters away. Close to all super or hypermarket shops, bakeries, V-Lille.

Accommodation Ideal for taking contests at Gayant expo. Mezzanine with a choice of 160 bed or two beds. The third bed is to be booked extra with mattress and linen of course provided.

Gîte du Plateau de Féquières (Cherry Tree) Wattignies

House located on the Plateau de Fléquières, 13 minutes' walk from a bus line (every 10 minutes), close to the CHR Calmette metro station which provides quick access to downtown Lille. The accommodation adjoining another cottage and our house is located in the middle of nature without neighbors, in the middle of the fields. The garden and shared outdoor spaces are being developed but each apartment has an individual terrace and a secure parking space.

Independent studio on the outskirts of Lille Jardin

10 min from Lille, our studio is located on the ground floor of our house. The house is located in a quiet and residential area. You can park for free in front, unlike Lille where the entire city center is paid and limited in time. You can also take the bus to Lille (in about 20 minutes). The studio is very bright. You will have your own bathroom and kitchen (microwave, fridge, coffee maker, etc...). Welcome to all guests!

Maison Croix centre

70 m2 house ideally located in the city center of Croix. You will have access to the entire accommodation. A metro station is a 2-minute walk away that will take you to Lille train stations in 15 minutes. You will appreciate the proximity to many shops. All linen is provided: sheets, bath towels, bath mats and hand towels. Kitchen is equipped with all the utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner. Welcome!
