Cozy and warm cabin at Blefjell/Fagerfjell, under two hours drive from Oslo. Here you can find anything nature has to offer, summer and winter. The place is perfectly suited for families with or without children. Whether you are fond of activity, nature and the outdoors, or don't worry about cabin fun. Here you will find prepared ski slopes in the immediate vicinity, and have a short distance to Fagerfjell ski center with nice slalom slopes and cross country tracks. Summer offers beautiful nature, river hiking, fishing, swimming and cycling.

The Post Cabin

Lower your pulse to the top of the Post Cabin! Stolpehytta is 5 minutes away from Blaafarveværket in Modum Municipality, just off the Høyt & Lavt Modum climbing park. Here you can find quiet among the treetops. The large windows provide a panoramic view of the landscape and the night sky. Built in solid wood, with an area of 27 m2, it gives just room for what you need for a relaxing trip away from everyday life. If you want activity, you can rent electric bikes, stroll down to the climbing park, or explore the local community.

Idyllic cabin in the mountains right by the alpine center

The cabin was completed in 1986 and renovated in 2021. The toilet and kitchen have, among other things, been replaced and a new toilet is built in the entrance. It feels spacious with 3 bedrooms (2 available for guests) plus a loft popular for children. It has hardwood floors and painted wood panels on walls. There is a newer fireplace in the living room that heats well, in addition to a heat pump that can be turned on in advance so that you can get to the heated cabin. There is Wi-Fi and AppleTV in the cabin.

The cabin, built in 2014, is beautifully situated by Holmevatnet at Fagerfjell with a view down to the lake. The cabin has all modern amenities, parking right outside the door, and sleeping space for 9. Swimming opportunities are right below the cabin, and ski trails are on the other side of the road. Excellent sun conditions, with sunlight all day from sunrise until it disappears behind the trees around 21:30 in the summer. Idyllic both in summer and winter! 1 hour and 50 minutes from Oslo.

Welcome to our charming cottage on Fagerfjell! Whether you want a relaxing getaway in nature or an adventure with your family and friends, our cottage is the perfect choice. In scenic surroundings, we offer a unique experience with access to amazing hiking trails, ski areas and fishing. The cabin is located on a peak between Sandvatn and Våtevatn, with panoramic views of both waters. There are 3 bedrooms, one of which has a double bed and a window overlooking Sandvatn to the slalom slope.

Romance in Wonderland

Come and stay in an old traditionally farmhouse for employees at a Norwegian farm in Noresund, 100 km and approximately 90 minutes drive from the city-center of Oslo. Two hours and 155 km drive from Oslo Airport Gardermoen (OSL). This is in the heart of the Norwegian fairytale tradition. It is about 450 meters from the lake and 10 minutes drive from the ski slopes of Norefjell. The high mountains of Norway starts here. The trolls are in the woods just behind the cabin. They are all nice.
