Fantastic well-equipped mountain cabin that offers you and your family the ultimate holiday experience. Perfect for 1, 2 families/generations, 2-3 couples or groups of friends of up to 8. The cabin has a fantastic outdoor area with a fire pit, grass plain for games and play and a location at the top of the mountain. The birds sing, hares and squirrels play around the cabin. Short distance from Oslo and Vestfold (Larvik) about 2 hours drive. Here you can go hiking in the mountains, fishing, swimming, picking berries, cross-country skiing and downhill skiing 2 km away.

Stolpehytta

Lower your heart rate at the top of Stolpehytta! Stolpehytta is located 5 minutes away from Blaafarveværket in Modum municipality, right next to the climbing park Høyt & Lavt Modum. Here you can find tranquility among the treetops. The large windows provide a panoramic view over the landscape and the night sky. Built in solid wood, with an area of 27 m2, it gives just enough space for what you need for a relaxing trip away from everyday life. If you want activity, you can rent e-bikes, stroll down to the climbing park or explore the local area.

Idyllic cabin in the mountains right by the alpine center

The cabin was completed in 1986 and renovated in 2021. The toilet and kitchen have been replaced, among other things, and a new toilet has been built in the entrance area. It is spacious with 3 bedrooms (2 available for guests) plus a loft that is popular with children. It has wooden floors and painted wooden panels on the walls. There is a newer fireplace in the living room that heats well, in addition to a heat pump that can be turned on in advance so that you arrive at a heated cabin. There is Wi-Fi and AppleTV in the cabin.

In the middle of Sandvatn and Våtevatn, overlooking Våtevatn. It has 2 bedrooms, one of which has a double bed and a panoramic window that frames the view of the mountains to the south.

Charming country house with top facilities and a stunning view of lake Follsjø. It is a calm cabin area for year-round use, located only 1,5h from Oslo. From Larvik port 124 km, only 2h drive. Here you have immediate proximity to the wilderness that offers hiking, mountain biking, swimming, fishing, cross-country skiing, and Kongsberg and Gausta ski centers nearby. The cabin is newly built in 2023, luxurious, fully equipped, with WiFi included. Bedding&towels can be rented for €20 per person.

It offers modern facilities such as sauna, bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge, gas hob, and gas oven. The cabin, built in 2014, is beautifully situated by Holmevatnet at Fagerfjell with a view down to the lake. The cabin has all modern amenities, parking right outside the door, and sleeping space for 9. Swimming opportunities are right below the cabin, and ski trails are on the other side of the road. Excellent sun conditions, with sunlight all day from sunrise until it disappears behind the trees around 21:30 in the summer. Idyllic both in summer and winter! 1 hour and 50 minutes from Oslo.

Gaustablikk skisenter ligger 50 km fra hytta. Hytta passer godt for familier og gjester som ønsker ro, natur, utsikt og gode opplevelser året rundt.
