This homestay hosted by Jitender Ji and his team is just an amazing place to stay in Shimla. Situated in a peaceful surrounding of Badash village, this place is a pure bliss. The response of the team is as best as it can be and they are readily available for any help which is needed. The food served by them will give you an exactly homelike feel as its so tasty and soulful. All in all this is a great place to stay and is highly recommended. The stay is away from all the city rush...with modern amenities...the place is very quiet...especially thanking Rajendra...the care taker over there... Took special care of everything that we needed... The house has some plumbing issues that needs to address... Other than that..its a must visit place..if you're looking for some peace and quiet ..with some delicious food and beautiful aesthetics.

5star rating gives no justice....I would have rated this as 10star or maybe more. Place is Calm, Quite, Serene and away from maddening hustle and bustle of a town. Ajay is a Super Host and so is NIsha ji as well. Food was a like a Cherry on the Cake. So delicious and organic too. Will surely recommend this place to anyone who loves to spend time in quite and serene nature. Experience the long village walks....go on a trek.....chat with welcoming local villagers....bird watching and the list goes on and on... Waiting for my next visit.

Aakarshan Homes, a very beautiful and approachable home in the hills cared with spotless rooms with clean bedding and hygienic bathrooms with all the necessary amenities, lovely balconies with picturesque views and food home delivered from the restaurants serving local Himachal cuisine. At the outset, Host Gaurav was extremely helpful, made swift response to our reservation request and made an extra effort to make us feel at home. It is also helpful to mention that this place is at a walkable distance from The Mall Road and convenient for all the local attractions. We were completely recharged with this lovely staycation and would definitely come back to Aakarshan Homes. Strongly recommended for big groups with as many as 8 guests. My stay at Mountain and Peace was exactly what the name promises—pure peace in the mountains! Tucked away from the crowded parts of Shimla, this place offers stunning views, clean air, and a calming atmosphere that’s perfect for a relaxing getaway. The property was well-maintained, the room was clean and spacious, and all amenities were in place. What I really appreciated was the hospitality-the hosts were warm, helpful, and made sure everything was taken care of. Waking up to the sound of birds and sipping tea with a panoramic view of the hills was a highlight of the trip. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a serene and scenic stay in Shimla, away from the chaos but still well-connected.

Promila Ji hosted us at Jhakoo Tiny House for 3 nights, and booking this place was the best decision we made on our Shimla trip. As two women traveling together, we felt completely safe and at home. The 3BHK attic house is quaint, clean, and cozy, with the cutest balconies and a stunning valley view. It’s just a short walk from Mall Road but still tucked away enough to feel peaceful—like stepping into a fairy tale. The house is well-equipped with modern amenities and charming decor. Be ready for a cardio boost—it’s 3 flights up! Rakesh Ji, the housekeeper who lives just below, was incredibly helpful and kind—whether it was helping with parking or making a hot cup of tea, he ensured we were comfortable at all times. Promila Ji is a warm, gracious host who was always available, even before check-in, helping us with local tips. She made us feel safe, welcome, and cared for. Highly recommend this place—and if stairs are a concern, try Jhakoo Nest, her first-floor property!

The stay was really pleasant. A fully functional bnb with the best view. The house was close to the mall road yet away from the hustle bustle. If one wants to spend some peaceful time with friends or family, this is the place to be. Anjali is an amazing host and helps you with everything that's important. The house caretaker Bishamberji was really helpful. It was an excellent experience.

Amber Vista Homestay gave me and my family an unforgettable experience. Right from when we arrived, our host Tribhun Bhardwaj was so welcoming and attentive, making sure every part of our stay was great. The food was amazing, with a variety of local dishes that really added to the whole experience. Every meal felt like a taste of the region and was delicious. But the absolute highlight was the stunning mountain view. Waking up to that incredible sight every morning was something we’ll never forget, it was magical. Amber Vista is perfect for anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable getaway. Whether you’re after relaxing, enjoying the scenery, or experiencing the local culture, this place has it all. Highly recommended for a refreshing stay!

This is a great place with nice private pool with amazing views. Nice food was made by caretaker Jitendra! Would recommend if you’re looking for a private and peaceful getaway!

We were 13 people with 5 kids. This place has taken our heart starting from check inn till last few minutes property manager Mr. Satvir was on his toes, always help and proactive. Location wise it very good and near to small shops in case of any grocery needs. In house food and kitchen very good, we had our all meals from there kitchen itself. Although we also carried some of our snacks for kids, helper in kitchen also cooked them and serve(they charge very nominal Amt for this) which is ok. Not to mention decent pool to enjoy and each room has balcony with valley and all rooms spaces, neat and clean A big thank u Skymount team and host Dhawal for making this trip memorable. Surely , I will recommend this place to others

Amazing stay! Me and my family had an incredible experience at the property. All our special requests were accepted by the team and they made everything very easy for us. We really loved the place and people there. It was peaceful and on the path of becomt self sufficient . Food is yum and healthy. It’s a really great place if you know what you are looking for. locating the place can be a bit tricky but getting in touch with the host beforehand can ease the process.

Our stay at Kashi Villa was our first experience of an Airbnb in India & it could not have been better! We were a party of 10 with 3 generations & every one enjoyed the stay alike. The property was beautiful & tucked away from the hustle-bustle of the town. One doesn't need to go anywhere, the property itself has a lot of natural beauty to offer. Rachana was such a gracious hostess; Gangaram ji & rest of the staff took care of everything in between. I would definitely recommend it to someone who wants to enjoy quiet time in the hills.

We brought our dog, and he was the happiest pup on earth, running around and enjoying every moment. It was a perfect place to unwind for a few days in Mashobra. The place is exactly as described in the listing. Beautiful views, very clean and well organised place. The staff was also very helpful and cooked sumptuous dishes for us. Would come back again whenever we are visiting Mashobra.

Adding to the charm were the adorable furry dogs on the property. They were so loving and warm, making my stay even more enjoyable.I also enjoyed the recreational activities available, such as badminton and basketball. It was a great way to unwind and have some fun. Plus, they even offered bicycles for exploring the beautiful surroundings! The food served was good and the staff members were incredibly polite and sweet. They were always ready to assist and never once said no to any. I highly recommend this property.

Words cannot do justice. The views are unhindered and majestic. Location is picturesque. It is a vintage property and has modern amenities like heated rooms, high quality blankets, comfortable mattresses and bathrooms. The property is evidently someone’s home with history written all over the place. Innumerable books gives company. The furniture has lovely carving and carpets are breathtaking. Food is delicious and communication impeccable. We had 3 dogs with us and there is enough and more space for them to play.
