Ein sehr schöner Wohnkomplex, sehr sauber und gepflegt, Das Personal ist stets freundlich und hilfsbereit und jeder Zeit erreichbar, der Komplex besteht derzeit aus 2 sehr groß Gebäuden, es gibt Wohnungen in verschiedenen Größen ab ein Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer bis 4 Zimmer Wohnungen für Großfamilien, in den Wohnung fehlt nichts und die Küche ist Absolut vollständig 😁 bis auf die Spülmaschine dennoch neuwertig und erinnert an Ikea küchen. Sehr viele Sachen sind in der Ausbauphase wie z.B die Aufzüge oder die Indoor Unterhaltungsräume, das ganze Konzept geht jedenfalls in die richtige Richtung. Parken kann man beliebig entweder in den Tiefgaragen oder im Outdoor Bereich (privat) es gibt Tag- sowie Nachtwache. Die meisten Wohnungen haben ein Blick aufs Meer, in einer geraden Linie sind es keine 100 Meter. Meiner Familie und mir hat alles gepasst, die Entfernung nach Tanger (40 Minuten) und nach Fnideq (30 Minuten) ist perfekt für Ausflüge und Ortswechsel. Preis Leistung : Sehr gut

Le logement était très calme et agréable, avec une décoration soignée et une belle proximité avec la ville. La piscine est un vrai plus, offrant une magnifique vue sur la mer — un vrai moment de détente. Seul petit bémol : les rideaux du salon n’étaient pas opaques, ce qui peut être un peu gênant pour les femmes voilées en quête d’intimité. Mis à part cela, tout était parfait ! On reviendra ☺️

Appartement magnifique, que je recommencerai à jamais!! Très belle vue! Juste dingue, plage privée en face. Ps: l’appartement est beaucoup plus beau que sur les photos ! 👌🏼

The stay was just perfect. The instructies to get there and enter were very clear. the house was spotless clean. communication was very easy and so friendly. The beds were comfy (not hard, just perfect), everything u need is there and again, it was so clean. the neighborhood is quiet, there are 2 little shops to get groceries nearby and the people we met were very friendly. Enough parking spaces. Interior styling was lovely, just as seen on the pictures . Would happily stay here again❤️

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le deuxième hôte Said a été particulièrement cordial et serviable, d’un accueil irréprochable et chaleureux. L’appartement était propre et ordonné, très bien placé par rapport à la plage et au centre ville. Une expérience à revivre.

Abdelahs house is located on a mountain where on one side you are looking at the mountains and the other side you are looking at the Mediterranean Sea. The stay was very relaxing and I highly recommend this place if you want to get away from the city life and stay close to nature where you can hear roosters croaking in the morning, easy to get to trails for walking on the mountains, pollution free environment and strong and pleasant mountain breeze To top it all the house is an orchid where Abdelah has many fruit/vegetable plants like grapes, figs, apples and a nice canopy in the middle of it to sit down under the shade and enjoy the view I found Abdelah very friendly and responsive who goes out of his way to make you comfortable. He speaks good English and loves collecting antiques. I saw a record player that actually worked and listened to a lovely song while sipping on the mint tea that Abdelah prepared for me II highly recommend this place if you need a break from city life 👍

Die Wohnung hat unsere Vorstellungen übertroffen, da sie sehr schön, sauber und liebevoll mit kleine Details eingerichtet war. Auch in der Gegend direkt gegenüber des Meers haben wir uns wohl und sicher aufgehoben gefühlt. Leicht außerhalb vom Zentrum war dieses trotzdem gut erreichbar. Zusätzlich befinden sich fußläufig einige Restaurants und Cafés. Madame Rachida war immer gut erreichbar für uns und hat schnell und zuverlässig auf Nachfragen und Anrufe reagiert. Obwohl sich unsere Ankunft wegen einer kleinen Panne um zwei Stunden verspätet hat, hat Hassan (der Zuständige für die Wohnung) auf uns gewartet und auch noch nach Feierabend die Schlüsselübergabe durchgeführt. Zusätzlich hat uns in der Wohnung der kleine Willkommensgruß sehr gefreut. Vielen Dank dafür an die beiden! Bei einem nächsten Aufenthalt in Tanger, würde ich die Wohnung definitiv nochmals buchen und habe sie natürlich auch fleißig Freunden und Bekannten empfohlen. Liebe Grüße, Nacima und Kinder

J’ai passé de très bon séjour avec ma famille chez Anas, le propriétaire vraiment au top, l'appartement très bien équipé, bien sécurisé et bien surveillé, c’est situé a l'entré de Tanger près de la route nationale qui relie la ville de Tanger avec la ville de Tétouan, Parking disponible gratuitement devant la résidence. Je recommande vivement cette appartement aussi sont Propriétaire . Merci encore Anas

Super séjour chez Siham . elle est très réactive réponds a toutes vos questions et vous conseille même sur les endroits a faire a Tanger . l'appartement est tout confort on s'y sent comme à la maison .

We had a wonderful stay at Najma’s place. The apartment is exactly like the description, near to the beach and had a great view from the balcony. We booked last minute and Najma was really quickly responsive and had adapt to the situation very well so I’m really grateful for that. We will definitely go back and stay there cause he had a blast.

Bien sécurisé , calme et paisible. vue imprenable sur la mer. Le plus de ce logement c'est son Hôte Othman. Disponible , bienveillant et très gentil. Tout comme son contact sur place. From booking to departure, Aziz was so helpful and kind. Quick to respond and always offered a little extra. The apartment was huge with a stunning balcony, everything as advertised. We even made use of the pool. The location is quiet but easy to find if you follow the instructions and get to know the friendly security guards. I will be back but I am sure I'll have to book early!

Appartement très calme et propre. La piscine est un super plus. Driss est très serviable et très accueillant. L’endroit est idéal et magnifique pour une petite famille qui cherche le calme et la mer à qq minutes à pied. On a acheté des petits légumes tous frais du champ à côté de la résidence. Un vrai havre de paix loin des villes autour qui sont surpeuplées pendant l’été. À refaire !
