Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Fairbanks

This place was perfect for our family. We really enjoyed the perks (like coffee, champagne and the hot tub). It was fun watching the plane land in the river and the river boat push by daily.

An unforgettable stay! GrouseTree House was the perfect mix of adventure and relaxation. The rope bridge was a unique and fun touch, and the hot tub under the Alaskan sky was exactly what we needed. The property was clean, well-equipped, and thoughtfully designed. Communication was smooth, and the hosts made us feel truly welcome. We’d love to return and highly recommend Alaska Adventure Properties to anyone visiting the area!

This BnB is in a beautiful location on the Chena River and the rooms and amenities were very comfortable.

We had a great stay in Fairbanks at this home. Cozy interior and enough room for 4 adults. Close to shopping and downtown Fairbanks (10 minutes). Home was as pictured and very clean inside. We made use of the convenient washer and dryer as this was the midway point of our week long road trip. Would book again.

The apartment was spotless when I got there. There's a great kitchen to cook in with everything you need, including spices. The couches are very comfortable and streaming TV was easy. Pinky responded very quickly when I had a question. We were having a heat wave and the living area did get warm, but there is a fan and an air conditioner in the bedroom which worked great. Also, it is in a convenient location next to the bike path that goes to Pioneer Park and downtown. This is a very nice place to stay for 1-2 people!

I cannot say enough good things about this hangar home and the hosts!! 10 minutes from the airport, convenient access to everything we wanted to do, and absolutely beautiful inside and out. The beds were amazingly comfortable, and the curtains let us sleep well in the light. There are the planes that take off and land outside, but it was never a bother or very early or late. Most of all, Ruth and Johanna were incredibly responsive, and went above and beyond to help us out during our stay. (And their binder of local recommendations was fantastic…we tried out several and loved them all!). I hope to come back and stay longer.

Perfect place for me while helping my son recover from surgery. Great location and easy to get to places in town. Kurt was available for any questions and responded quickly.

Very beautiful loft apartment/ unit. Sara was very responsive and helpful especially with us coming from Oklahoma we weren't sure when we were getting in so she was very helpful with rearranging our dates. Very quite neighborhood, didn’t get the chance to see all the wild life that comes out but perfect little deck to be able to watch.

We had a wonderful stay at Danielle's place. It was a perfect location for walking to Pioneer Park and downtown. Danielle was super helpful answering questions and making great recommendations. She also has a book loaded with great suggestions for things to do and places to eat. The coffee and snacks in the kitchen were an added treat, and her bath towels were SO sift! Danielle's place is where you want to stay when visiting Fairbanks! Thank you, Danielle for a wonderful stay.

We had such a wonderful stay at Raul’s Airbnb! From the moment we walked in, it truly felt like home. The space is tastefully curated with so much attention to detail—it’s clear that Raul has put his heart into creating a warm and welcoming environment. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need—just like being in our own home. The check-in and check-out instructions were clear and detailed, making everything super smooth, and Raul’s communication was prompt and helpful throughout our stay. The location is also perfect—centrally located and very close to supermarkets, restaurants, and the airport. We loved everything about this beautiful house and can’t wait to come back. We had such a great stay. We travel a lot for hockey trips and have lots of kids. It is very hard to find a nice place our kids can play at. They had games outside, trails to walk behind the house and a nice little fire pit. We were able to have cousins over and play basketball, have a fire and enjoy each other’s company. This is a wonderful place to stay!

We chose this property for a quick one night stay. It was perfect in every way. Well stocked pantry. Steaming TV. Laundry accessible. Marissa was very kind and interesting. It was close to the botanical garden, university and museum. Perfect spot for a short or long term stay!
