Please note, this is 1 apartment of 2 in the building, there are approximately 10 stairs to descend. Allergy notice: The upstairs couple do have cats.

The cottage has access to Fairbanks Lake for boating and fishing and a quick drive to the provincial park for the beach. Sudbury is only 40 min away for a visit to Canada's Mining Capital.

This beautiful home offers 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, home gym and much more! Relax in the 5 persons hot tub and or in the massage chair. This house has all that you would need for your stay. The home is pet friendly for well behaved dogs and do ask that the pets do not go on the furniture. We do have a pet fee.
