Note 4th bedroom is in attic on 3rd floor which is finished but can be colder in winter and warmer in the summer. Space heater and window AC available. Great spot for getting around town with easy I-380 access. Mr. B's, Hacienda Las Glorias and Westside Maid-Rite all within 1 block of this home.
