House holiday rentals in Fairfield Bay

We were in town for our daughter’s wedding and stayed at Kam’s place with three other couples. We also had friends join us for dinner one night, and the space worked out great. Everything was just as described and very comfortable. We had a nice view of the lake from the house, and the surrounding area was beautiful and peaceful. The fire pit was a favorite spot to wind down in the evenings. Kam was very responsive and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend!

Four of us have been taking golf trips to the Mountain Ranch Golf Course for the last 14 years, and when we started staying at the Blue Lagoon those trips became even more enjoyable. There is plenty of room and the proximity to the 18th green and clubhouse make this the perfect place for us. Casey is great at communicating and has always worked with any requests we have made. We look forward to many more trips to come....

We had a wonderful time at Clinton AR. The house was as pictured especially the roomy living and kitchen area. The pool was clean and we really enjoyed it during our visit. Kitchen has complete supplies and all the cabinets and even light fixtures were labeled properly. The best part is the lake view. It is literally just a fee steps away. We enjoyed swimming/floating and fishing. We had a minor issue with pool light and they sent someone right away to fix it. Our only feedback is the bedroom with twin bed is really small. We planned on having couple sleep in that room but had to change it last minute. Maybe they can replace the bed with a full side bed or a futon that opens to a full size. Overall, highly recommended!

The stay was great! We arrived at night and there wasn’t much light to see going to the front door. Wish there was a little more lighting on the front porch and at the side of the house. The house was great, it was plenty of room for all 6 of us. The backyard was great for the dogs. The sunroom was wonderful as well. Would for sure stay here again.

I spent a week here and it was great. Very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Lovely shower, comfortable reclining sofa, and fast internet, which i used for a couple of work zoom meetings. Finally, excellent value! I would definitely stay here again.

The stay was enjoyable for all the family. We had five grandchildren with us and their parents and everyone enjoyed the pool the most. Plenty enough chairs and nice big table under cover area to eat outside and enjoy it. Nice to have a grill also. The lake being just a feet or so from the back yard was enjoyed by the grands. The house was very spacious and clean. Being so close to some small restaurants and grocery stores was a plus also. We have no complaints other than the concrete around the pool being so rough on your feet. We would definitely consider staying again. Thank you 😊 Lisa Doss and family

Great condo. Great to have two balcony’s. Two full baths upstairs plus the half bath down really helped as we were attending a wedding at Fairfield Bay.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The space was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed with all the amenities we could need. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience. The location was ideal, with easy access to everything we wanted to explore. We highly recommend this Airbnb and would love to stay here again!

Sheila’s home was a nice place to stay. It had plenty of room for my large family, beautiful views, and a great location that felt private yet close to town.

Enjoyed our stay on the Little Red River. Nice accommodations and easy access to the private dock on the river. House was nice and comfy and had everything we needed. Enjoyed walking the street in front of the house, catching rainbow trout in the mornings and taking a canoe trip up the river.

The home is spectacular. It was perfect for my family. It was very peaceful and serene. It was a great getaway for peace and relaxation.

Loved staying at Lauren’s house for a birthday weekend! This is our second stay and it was wonderful!!!

We had 11 guest here over the weekend for our bachelor and bachelorette party and it was a blast. The house was perfect for our weekend and at a beautiful location. Everyone had their own space, comfortable beds, and the home was fully equipped with everything we needed during our stay. The ping pong table was a big hit along with games and the pool table. We had plenty of room in the living room and kitchen to seat everyone, play card games, and enjoy a cooked meal. Chelsea was also very great with responding, offering if we needed anything, and congratulating us on our marriage! I would recommend this spot to anyone and I would come back again!

What an amazing home! I couldn’t be happier that we booked TJ’s place for the first weekend in June! This was actually my wedding weekend at a nearby venue, and TJ’s home is by FAR the closest to it (The Barn at Greers Ferry Lake). The home was spotless, VERY roomy, and just beautiful. All beds were comfy, kitchen well-stocked, and bathrooms had good quality linens. My favorite part is that TJ’s place felt like a home, instead the usual ‘airbnb with amazon furniture’. I do think all should be advised: this is NOT an easy drive. It’s extremely windy and steep, very scary in the dark. I’m not sure I’d attempt it in a sedan or smaller. Most important to know: we were stranded at the airbnb on wedding morning (worst case scenario) due to extreme flooding. TJ shared that this was unusual, but it did lose us 2 hours of wedding morning, so heads up. All of this to say, I wholeheartedly recommend TJ’s home based on the quality, experience, and host’s customer service. This place is a GEM!

My friends and I have been to this lakehouse several times. We always enjoy it! The house comfortably seats many people and has lots of towels, plates, ect that you would need. Brooke is always responsive and helpful. We will be back!

Waren’s house was a great choice. Not only did we feel at home-so did my pup. She got to enjoy the spacious backyard. I grew up in Heber and specifically chose this home because of how close it is to Sandy Beach—literally a walkable distance. The inside looked just like it was pictured. Waren was very responsive and helpful for our stay. 10/10 would recommend this house.

It was a private area without a bunch of loud neighbors. Our host was very responsive leading up to the stay and during it. It ended up storming a fair amount of the time we were there but the house had plenty to do inside. Everything we needed was right there and available for us to use.

What a great place! Thank you so much for making our family trip memorable! From the sweet treats to the amazing view. It was truly a beautiful place to stay and our children and fur babies enjoyed it too! We will definitely be back!

This home was absolutely stunning! I couldn’t have picked a better place for my family to stay during our wedding weekend. It was spotless, beautifully decorated, and so relaxing. We loved the peaceful setting—especially spotting deer in the backyard each morning! Every detail was perfect. 5 stars across the board

This was a great stay overall. We ran out of things like dishwasher pods, paper towels, and toilet paper. Fitting 9 guests was definitely a bit of a stretch, but doable.

The house and backyard was amazing! Loved the pool table and karaoke machine. The backyard was an amazing oasis!! And the master bath with the shower and jets was truly top notch!! Loved all the amenities and great spot for a mini vacay for our family💜. Def want to come back and stay!
