This was our second stay here - the home is very comfortable and the back yard is a veritable oasis if the weather cooperates. Easy walk to shops and restaurants in Hampden.

Greg’s place was very clean and in a great location. Walkable to markets, restaurants, and metro. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. It was a great place to stay during our family vacation to DC!

Linda's place was very homy and she was a very kind and responsive host. Instructions were very clear, tons of amenities, and clean place. Great for a family of 5. Beautiful patio and clean bathrooms.

Wonderful place, exactly as pictured and described! Parking was not a problem, and the neighborhood felt very safe. Just a few blocks to Trader Joe's, Harris Teeter, King Street, and the Alexandria Waterfront. The backyard seating and BBQ are such a nice bonus!

We loved the style of the apartment and the vibe of the neighborhood! Parking was tricky but Leonard was very helpful in communicating options. We got a decent rate at Eden St garage. We loved the cat cafe across the street and the antique shop next door. You do have to walk through a very narrow alleyway to enter the apartment, which might not be accessible for folks with wide bodies or mobility aids, but it was fine for us. Thanks Leonard!

My family of 6 stayed at Alvaro’s place for our daughter’s graduation weekend from Georgetown University! The home couldn’t have been in a better location! Very walkable to wonderful restaurants, shops and bakeries. We did not have to rent a car, we walked everywhere we needed to in Georgetown and if we had to go downtown we took an Uber, which was very convenient. The house couldn’t have been better for my family. Everyone had their own space and we enjoyed having family meals at the big dining room table and at the end of the day we could all fit in the living room and talk about our day. We also enjoyed the beautiful lush patio. We would have afternoon cocktails out there before we went to dinner. It was well appointed with all the amenities you may need and the air conditioner worked really well, even on the third floor. I cannot say enough about how perfect this home was and also how easy the communication was with Alvaro. I would highly recommend this beautiful home!

My girlfriend and I stayed for a week and were extremely pleased with everything. The location was perfect. Quick access to the metro as well as restaurants and bars within a short walk. Craig was very responsive and helpful whenever we had a question. 10/10 would recommend. Thanks!

We really enjoyed our stay! Very quiet and private, with an easy commute into the main city area!

Clean, cozy, and comfortable! We were in D.C for a music festival and the apartment was exactly what we needed; a nice place to crash at night and take a hot shower. They had lots of amenities and very clear communication - I’d highly recommend Ja-Rei and Jose as hosts.

Rudolph’s home was wonderful! It was perfect for our little group and perfect distance from the concert we were attending. The place was clean and the beds were comfortable. Rudolph was super helpful if we had any questions and a great host. Would recommend :)

This worked out great for our first family trip to DC. We got a parking pass in advance and parked our car upon arrival on Thursday and didn’t get back in it until we left on Sunday. The metro station was close and bus stops even closer which we took advantage of to get to the museums, monuments and Nationals ballpark. We walked to the zoo which has a walk-in entrance just under a mile from the house (with a nice playground along the way). The kitchen was stocked well enough for us to make a couple of meals. The space may be tight if kids are older but our two are young enough that they slept on the pullout sofa comfortably.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The place was easy to find with the description and clear instructions Daniel gave. Would definitely visit again.

Jack was a great host and the location was exactly as described. The space was the perfect base for our family — close to all sorts of fun activities and shops, etc. A wonderful stay!

Saad was a terrific host. He was always prompt with responses and made sure all our needs were taken care of. My bridesmaids and I had a wonderful night before the wedding and made great memories in Saad’s private, cozy, and comfortable space. There were plenty of beds for the 8 of us, with nice amenities (even had a printer, which came in so clutch) and cute decor. It was easy to find Saad’s place, and there was ample street parking on the weekends. I would definitely look forward to booking another stay at Saad’s.

Kaye and Zack were the best hosts! They checked in on us several times to make sure everything was going OK. The location is so handy for getting around on the Metro. We loved our stay!

We travel a lot, this is one of THE best airbnbs we have ever been to. Olive was nice, responsive and had put a lot of thought into decorating the home. Beautiful, clean, modern and great beds!! She was responsive and so very caring about her guests.

The place delivered exactly as advertised. It was great. We had a minor glitch in checkin, but our host responded within minutes and took care of it immediately.

Very clean, spacious, and just a short drive to the Metro parking lot if you’re wanting to go into DC! We LOVED our stay and will definitely be back anytime we come to this area. Chris was a wonderful host too! Just a great experience all around!

The check-in instructions were clear and super helpful, and Raymond was always quick to respond and very thoughtful throughout.
