Very nice place easy access to routes 4 and 100 with plenty of things to do

This was a great space for our family of four. It was comfortable and private, and we still had access to conveniences like groceries nearby. We enjoyed our visit and would come again.

We had a great stay at William’s. The location was beautiful and the house was comfortable. We had a great mix of day-tripping and relaxing with a view. We also ran into William and he was very helpful and friendly.

We enjoyed our stay. we felt at home. very spacious and cozy. this house has everything you need for your stay. Very close to Rutland. The fresh baked apple pie was a bonus. It was so delicious. Everything was perfect for us! Thank you! We will definitely be back again!

Dan & Holly are amazing hosts. They provided everything needed to make our week great. They left dining recommendations and all of the information we needed for the property. It was the perfect space for our family. The on-site amenities were great. The pool space was super clean and the staff was amazing. The property is well maintained and we had everything we needed to feel at home. We would definitely recommend this property to friends and family. Downtown Rutland was a short drive, and there was so much to see just minutes from the property. Dan & Holly are extremely responsive and truly think of everything. We had no questions and checking in and out was a breeze because they are so thorough. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish.

Stayed overnight. About 7 miles outside Hanover center. Wonderful clean 2 BR 1 bathroom apartment. No place to cook and no kitchen sink. big refrigerator and Keurig was all we needed. Separate locked entrance to basement apartment. Separate HVAC from main house. Worth the cost!

We so enjoyed the privacy and solitude. Coming from a large city, there is constant noise.

Jason was one of the most responsive hosts we have ever had. He answered whatever questions we had and immediately resolved minor issues like how to regulate the mini splits. The house has a nice view of the lake, and the separate deck amidst the trees offers some serenity. The lake is a great place for swimming too. We love to hike and there are wonderful trails within 15-40 minutes.

My friend and I needed a night to escape traffic & the busy life. We had such a great experience here! It's in a great location, walking distance to the river. Super close to the covered bridge and waterfall. The rooms are clean and adorable, the yard is comfortable and the hot tub was perfection! We will be here again!

Fantastic second stay! Perfect for a climbing trip

Jayne was an awesome host, we had a little hiccup with travel and she was ready to help us out! Luckily we got that fixed and were able to see our daughter graduate. An awesome stay!

My husband, son and daughter had a wonderful stay . . . so many birds!!! Very cozy space and Mallory was just wonderful and helpful with everything. Too bad the weather was rainy over the weekend because my son wanted to hike the nearby trail :) Hope to meet you someday when you come up to our area in Maine . . We plan on booking some point in the future. Our daughter goes to a nearby school and the location was perfect!

We cannot recommend Tony's place enough. We absolutely loved our stay here and would definitely come back if in Vermont again. The open fireplace in the kitchen was used daily and it was so relaxing to come downstairs in the morning, start a fire, open the back doors and listen to the birds. Tony was great as well. He checked in on us and made sure we felt right at home. We loved every second of it. Thank you for having us.

We loved our stay at The Schoolhouse! It was incredibly clean and well-kept, and the amenities made us feel right at home. Matt was communicative, kind, and very welcoming. We will definitely book The Schoolhouse again!

We had a wonderful stay! We would absolutely recommend staying here. The house worked well for myself, husband and 4 year old son. There were even a few toys he was able to play with, in addition to a large lawn and a stream near by! There are also very thoughtful touches with amenities to make traveling and staying somewhere more convenient and comfortable.

Absolutely incredible experience! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this place was something special. The property was immaculate—clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Every detail, from the cozy bedding to the pristine kitchen, was perfection and made our trip unforgettable. Judith went above and beyond in every way, and clearly thought of everything a guest would need to feel right at home. She is also very responsive and easy to communicate with Without question, this property sets the gold standard for all Airbnb rentals. Katie’s place was a great spot for a fall trip with friends. The cabin is well-appointed (including extra blankets for being cozy as the weather was getting cold!), especially the kitchen and plenty of outside furniture for maximizing enjoyment of the surroundings. We ate most of our meals outside looking at the pond and did some wonderful stargazing from the deck! We loved having access to the kayaks, and the wheeled kayak carriers made it super easy even though you do have to walk a few minutes to the boat launch. The only down side was that the campground down the road got a little noisy some nights, but otherwise this was a great, peaceful, beautiful spot for us to get away. 10-15 minute drive from grocery stores and restaurants, but you feel like you’re in the middle of nowhere, which is exactly what we wanted. Katie was super helpful and responsive as well. Would recommend!

A beautiful place with windows in every room to enjoy the stunning surroundings. Easy access, convenient parking, smooth check-in, and everything was clean and well organized. The beds and dining table were thoughtfully prepared, and the host was responsive and flexible — allowing us to drop off our bags early so we could attend a Tuck lecture. The whole experience was excellent. Thank you!
