Frank was an incredible host! He was extremely attentive and made sure my stay was PERFECT! He answered any questions I had, responding very promptly and politely. The home was super clean, and we were provided with PLENTY of towels, necessities and even some snacks and coffee!!! 100/10 would recommend!! (:

The place was beautiful, clean, and felt upscale. My girlfriend and I had a great time staying here. The space was big, cozy, and well put together. It had everything we needed and made the trip really enjoyable. The lighting, the furniture, and even the layout made it feel like a home away from home. I did see a few roaches during the stay. One was large and I had to kill it, and a few smaller ones were either already dead or barely moving. That tells me pest control is likely in place, not a major thing since I have family in Australia, but I figured it was worth mentioning just to be fully honest. Other than that, everything else was solid. The location was quiet, the vibe was peaceful, and it felt like a perfect spot to relax. Parking was easy, check-in was smooth, and communication with the host was clear and helpful. If the pest issue continues to be monitored, I’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to others. We truly enjoyed our time and made great memories together.

This was a great stay! The neighborhood is quiet and the place itself is very cozy with nice decor. The host communicated very well throughout the entire stay. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The only small downside is that there are quite a few small decorative items placed around, which might be a bit tricky for someone like me who’s a bit clumsy - easy to accidentally knock something over. Overall, a very pleasant and comfortable experience!

Booked the house for the heated pool, backyard, open kitchen and bright dining area overlooking the backyard... we were not disappointed. The pictures definitely represent the house. The heated pool was adjusted to just the right temp; the backyard was open, spacious and private; the kitchen had updated appliances with an open floor plan and plenty of countertop space; and the bright dining area off the kitchen overlooking the backyard had large clean windows. While the house was larger than our needs in terms of occupancy, the things we wanted and enjoyed were worth the upgrade. Laura was also very responsive to any questions we asked or concerns we had.

I did not stay here, the booking for a business client. He said the place was amazing.

This stay was perfect for my family to gather for a family trip, we had a great time starting off the summer with private pool without having a crowds. We had a lot of room to just hang out but close enough to the travel to the Disney and Universal parks. Very lovely property.

This Airbnb is definitely one we will keep in rotation. With an elderly in-law, we needed a place with a fourth bedroom. The bonus was the pool and we took full advantage of that just to relax and enjoy. Everything we needed was close by and easy to get to. All in all the hosts home felt like home. We hope to stay again in the future.

This place was spectacular. Sometimes with an air b and b experience, you hope the place is as pleasant as the pictures. This was such a wonderful surprise. Immediately it felt cozy and peaceful, surrounded by nature, wood and botanical details everywhere. But it surpassed that - Every detail of this place had been touched with diligent character, you immediately recognized the owners of this place genuinely cared down to the last morsel of decorations, plates, games and books. Nothing was forgotten. I HIGHLY recommend paying for the extra amenities which made our stay incredible; we booked an extra day just to relax and absorb the relaxation. It was one of the best parts of my trip to Orlando. I cannot speak highly enough about this place, I feel like we’ve found a rare gem in the business of air b and b’s. I cannot wait to book our next stay. This place made you fall in love with Orlando and treating yourself to a hidden oasis away from the modern rat race. INCREDIBLE!

What an amazing 2 weeks with family!! Don’t hesitate to book this GEM of a home! It’s beautiful, peaceful (on a culdesac) SUPER QUIET at night, great spots to eat at the waterfront and all around Minneola in general. We had an issue with warming the spa and both were very responsive, ordered the part and within 2 days its was perfect. This house had EVERY amenity you would need and then some…games indoor and outdoor, kids books, fire pit, swing, blankets to cozy up on couch, dog bowls, leashes, toys etc. They truly make you feel like it’s home. We can’t rave about it enough!! We were only a short half hour drive away from Disney also. Our 2 small dogs absolutely LOVED chasing lizards and frogs around the pool area! We would LOVE to come back if they would have us! Thank you again for being such great hosts! All you do to make your guests feel comfortable at home does NOT go unnoticed! I had a wonderful stay at this property. The host provided clear and concise instructions, making the check-in process seamless. The house itself is beautiful, offering a perfect balance of privacy and comfort. Renting the entire place gave us the space we needed, and it came equipped with all the essentials. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and practical getaway!

We where in Orlando to go to my granddaughters graduation & this home just made it a perfect vacation - so comfortable - & clean & the pool & outside area was amazing !!

Ernie is incredibly responsive, resourceful, and kind. He went above and beyond by having cream cheese, different fruits, and bagels and croissants ready! His backyard looks like a paradise, it was so joyful hearing him talk about his plants. His personality is just as vibrant as his garden!!! Thanks again for the wonderful stay. Final note: beware of the mosquitos, they were brutal.

The house was charming and close to all the things Winter Park has to offer.

Wow was my reaction to this property. The host not only communicated very well and clearly, they decorated this place so nicely! Comfy bed and spacious kitchen. I loved all the funky vibes and the patio was a plus while in town for work. I will be booking again. They never disappoint!

Super cute and quaint, easy to access. Daniel and his family were great hosts, easy to go back and forth with. Was proactive with sharing the backyard space and helpful with anything we needed. The space was so nice and clean, just enough space. Great area also, so much around for shopping and eating.

We absolutely loved our stay at Kara’s Airbnb! The location is unbeatable — you can literally walk to everything: great restaurants, Publix, a liquor store, coffee shops, and more, all just steps away. And even with all that nearby, the place still feels private, quiet, and safe. It’s the perfect spot for a couple or small family looking for a comfortable home base in one of the coolest neighborhoods around. Kara was an amazing host — super friendly, responsive, and thoughtful. This place is a hidden gem, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting College Park. We’ll definitely be back!

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this Airbnb! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described—if not better. Every little detail had been thoughtfully considered to make guests feel welcome and comfortable, from the cozy linens to the fully equipped kitchen and thoughtful touches throughout. The spiral staircase was a bit small but I was able to manage by accessing the second floor through the patio steps. What truly made the experience stand out, though, was the host. Davidson was incredibly kind, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect. Communication was clear and easy from the moment I booked and I even had a great conversation with the maintenance guy. The reason why I needed the place for one night is because I had a final exam that took place near the property. I would 100% stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient stay. Thank you so much for the hospitality!

What a nice place to stay while visiting friends and Epic Universal. Close to everything 15 min drive or so. Nice bedding and the blankets were a fan favorite. So nicely decorated! The fenced in back yard was great. Beautiful front entrance. Felt like home.

This is a great location! Everything you could need and more is around the beautiful area. The house is sooo clean! You never know about an older home regarding the smell and this house smells GREAT! Great stay for a small group. The backyard is wonderful and I got to enjoy catching some rays while there.
