Villa holiday rentals in Fajardo

We had a great stay at this Airbnb tucked away on a private dirt road—it really gave us that authentic small-town Puerto Rico feel. Place looked exactly like the photos and had an incredible view. The house had everything you could need, and the owners were super quick to respond/helpful. The only thing to note is that there was quite a bit of seaweed on the beach during our visit, but that’s just nature doing its thing. There are many beautiful, swimmable beaches within a short drive. Overall, a lovely stay and we'd definitely come back!

This place is everything! This place is truly magical. I travel 60% of the year and most of those are in Airbnb‘s. This place is now in my top 10. The pictures don’t do it justice! We stayed here and hung out at this resort style home for the majority of our trip. There was no need to go anywhere other than the beach and tours. Communication was top-notch, and hospitality was stellar. I would recommend everybody stay here. Our family really had a spiritual experience in this beautiful home everything is as described or better.

This apartment was a great choice for our family, as we had several tours coming out of Fajardo. The space was lovely and it was super nice to have the beach chairs, etc to use. The pools were nice and there was a decent exercise room too. You will need a car because you can’t walk across the nearby boat dock (even though google maps says you can) but everything is close in Fajardo. If you’re looking to have a beach view directly out of the porch window, this may not be the space for you- you had to come out onto the porch to see the beach, but you can see the boat dock directly looking out the window. Overall, we would come again!

Maribel and Enrique were very gracious hosts. The house is centrally located with easy access to San Juan nightlife and sightseeing and easy to access the center mountainous region of the Isla del Encanto! The home was warm and welcoming with a beautiful patio area for morning coffee and evening rum! The coqui frogs serenaded us every evening. Would love staying here again.

Highly recommended comes as an understatement! I’d give Marcos 50 stars if I could but I’m only allowed up to 5. Not only do you get this amazing place to stay but you also get access to Marcos who, not only wants to make sure you’re comfortable in the airbnb, but also to ensure that you are aware of places to go eat and have great experiences at. He’s SUPER proactive about making sure he gives you places to make sure you have a great experience while on the island. Looking forward to going back to his airbnb and bringing others with me! You won’t go wrong with Marcos!!!!

We have stayed at the Casitas before (in a different unit) and love the location. Lots to do from beaches, rain forest, boat trips or just lounging at the gorgeous pools. The place is beautiful, the kitchen was well stocked and the beds comfortable. Our two complaints were that it could get quite noisy as the balconies faced the road with golf carts going back and forth and we did lose power (no fault of the unit owner) and there is no back-up generator. We still had an amazing time, and in-truth was better without electronics!

Awesome space. We booked the entire building for our large group and everyone felt it was spacious. Smooth checking 3-4mins walk to plenty restaurants. Ice cold AC and a very relaxing space in the back yard. With plenty of seating and still allows for privacy

We just returned from an amazing stay at this jungle‐hilltop retreat! The house itself is incredibly spacious, spotlessly clean, and perfectly positioned to take in those lush mountain views—especially from the pool deck, where each sunset felt like a private show. Our hosts were wonderfully attentive, always on hand with thoughtful suggestions for local trails, dining spots, and any little thing we needed. As for the driveway, we’d heard it might be tricky, but in our small SUV it proved totally manageable—and honestly added a bit of adventurous charm. Highly recommend this hidden gem for anyone craving comfort, privacy, and spectacular panoramas!

This place is incredible. Multiple people in our group said they slept like a baby every night. Fall asleep to the sounds of Coquis and wake up to the sound of songbirds. We came in mid-March. It got a little chilly at night, and perfect during the day. So many people were asking me about the place when I posted on social media. We left yesterday. I already miss it.

We had an awesome stay. The communication was always on point. Any issues were resolved promptly. The view was breathtaking! Totally recommend it!

I had a great stay at this home in Luquillo! The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing visit. The location was perfect—close to the beach, great local spots to eat, and easy access to El Yunque and other nearby attractions. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive throughout. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a convenient and enjoyable stay in the area. Would love to come back!

I just have to say the stay was well worth it Leonel was an awesome hosts, very attentive to our needs, the place it’s self is even more beautiful than the pictures, it’s a super relaxing and quiet neighborhood, my favorite part was that pollo tropical the restaurant was a minute in walking distance, the beach is literally in walking distance as well, I usually don’t leave reviews but this one was well deserved!! We had the most incredible experience at this vacation home in Puerto Rico for New Year’s Eve! From start to finish, the host and their team went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The home was beautiful, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One thing that stood out was the host’s incredible diligence during a power outage on the island. They immediately provided us with battery chargers and flashlights cooler with ice to not to loose our food in the fridge to keep us comfortable and safe. Additionally, when we had an issue with the water heater, the team reacted so quickly and had it fixed in no time. Their responsiveness and care were unmatched! Puerto Rico is an amazing destination, and staying in this home made it even better. A huge thank you to the host and their team for making our New Year’s Eve unforgettable. We’ll definitely be back! Sonia’s place was a perfect home away from home. Safe, peaceful, Near the beach, el Yunque and lots of delicious food. Enclosed backyard which was a delight for the kids, we will definitely stay at Ms.Sonia’s home again. Thank you for being flexible with time during our check in.

Great location for anyone wanting to experience the Rainforest and authentic PR. ❤️❤️❤️ The host was so helpful, replied to everything within an hour and soooo accommodating. Loved the pool, pool table, kitchen, ceiling fans, Alexa speaker, and more. So many fun ways to spend your time. Perfect for large groups especially with kids. The landscaping is so beautiful, can tell a lot of work went into it.

wonderful stay! very beautiful, spacious townhome with many amenities. the balcony at the top floor has a gorgeous view of the mountains and marina close by. Elaine provided thorough instructions for access and beach and sports gear for us to use. also loved the A/C on each floor and the cute decor all throughout the home

Fernando's place was better than I could have hoped for! The unit was spotless and modern with very comfortable beds. The coded entry was very convenient for family members to come and go to the pool, which is straight out of a resort. Waterfall, colored lights, pool bathroom! We were blown away by this accommodation and will absolutely stay again when we come back to Puerto Rico. Fernando checked in with us throughout our stay to make sure we did not need anything. I would 100% recommend him as a host.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotlessly clean, which made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. It was also very spacious, offering plenty of room to relax and unwind. One of the absolute highlights was the incredible view—absolutely breathtaking, especially at sunset. We found ourselves planning our evenings around being back just to catch the sunset from the property. Truly unforgettable! Everything about the stay exceeded our expectations. Our group of nine had an amazing experience staying in Camila’s place. You can literally walk to the beach. It is a great location with lots of parking for our rental car. I also appreciated the gated community. The pool made a huge difference for us after long days of walking or beach it was nice to relax in the pool. I also loved all the restrooms available. It allowed us to have privacy and had enough showers to get ready all of us at a time. Overall it was a great experience for our group.

I love staying at this Airbnb. the only thing was that one of the showers were hard to turn on and the handle was loose. other than that it was great.
