For a one night impromptus stay it was pretty good.

Place in a beautiful location. It does not have air conditioning in the common areas, which made the stay a bit warm. But overall, everything was fine.

Ruthie was such a wonderful and friendly host! The room is a part of her home (upstairs), and is a part of the dwelling which has other units, so be sure to check those out if you have others you may want to stay with! She and her partner also run a scuba/fishing business so be sure to inquire! She is so friendly and helpful, accommodative, and her love for the island is apparent. The room was a cool and comfy place to crash for a night - we loved the Coquí noises, but if silence is your thing, bring some earplugs. The neighborhood itself was quiet, and from what we gathered, a family oriented place. Not very far from other ammenities but definitely a place I would recommend a car. Would definitely consider staying here again! Thanks for everything, Ruthie!

The house is small but cozy and modern. Has all the details to be comfortable. Great play room, has all kind of games. Also, having panel solar was a plus since the electricity went off a couple times. Good location. For us was above 5 stars compared to others houses we visit. I recommended.

Our family had a great stay at La Hacienda. It was a tricky drive through the winding rainforest roads in the dark, but location was just how Gerardo described. He was proactive with checkin instructions and local recommendations. The house is in a great location by the river and in the rainforest-you can hear the coqui and birds and river flowing all the time. It’s just a short drive to grab groceries or check out the beach/shops in Luquillo. The outdoor living room space was really nice in morning and evenings while relaxing between activities - the ceiling fan helped keep away the few mosquitos that snuck in. Las Pailas is super close and our kids loved spending hours there. Tour groups came in waves so they got a lot of time on the short and high water slides and loved climbing on the rocks - just be careful and carry things on your back and not in your arms! :)

This is a beautiful and safe place to stay. The place was a great size for our family of 5. The back patio is amazing. It is a short walk to Playa Azul beach which offered some fun waves, a 2 minute drive to Luquillo Beach that has everything you would want, a short 15 minute drive to Seven Seas beach, and about 20 minutes to El Yunque national forest. Around a 45 minute drive to Old San Juan. Downtown Luquillo is charming, offering many fun restaurants right on the water and a fun plaza where we caught some local live music. This place is a wonderful location offering easy access to the city and easy access to great beaches and the rainforest. We would absolutely love to stay here again.

Great location. Easy beach access. Walking distance to good restaurants. Apartment was clean, clutter-free, and comfortable. Hosts were great and very communicative. We would stay again next time we visit Luquillo. Note: Other reviews will describe challenges with the elevators. It’s worth noting that many of the other AirBNB rentals in this area are in this same building complex (so same elevator challenges). The elevators in the building are older, but they got us up and down without any real issues.

I loved everything😍, it's a family atmosphere and super quiet. The pool area is fascinating. People are super friendly and sociable. The apartment is super clean and organized. The host is super friendly, respectful, answered all my doubts in a quick and respectful way. Everything was with in the pictures. I recommend it 100% to spend family time.

My family really loved this place it was very peaceful .You can hear the coqui and roasters .There was a friendly dog that like to come around wich we brought dog food for. My grand daughters loved the pool that was a plus.We met the owner he was very nice.All the beds need a update they are hard and the pillows were very flat.But other than that i would love to stay there again.This house is for people that love nature and the the beautiful coqui and roaster singing everyday.Also the grill was good too and when you want to chill just go relax on the hamaca. Get ready to injoy beautiful PR and its nature.

This was our third time within the last 3 Years staying at this Magestic, magnificent AirB&B…. It is so well run and perfectly presented. The pristine, ultra-scenic Views this place offers you is unparalleled and absolutely epic & gorgeous to the eye…. We call it our ‘Little Paradise’ because it gives you the feeling up there on the 25th Floor of total relaxation and complete getaway. And all the little thoughtful decorative details on the inside- and all the kitchen and user-friendly amenities this place offers you during your stay is so well thought out and practical. This place is an absolute stand-out gem of a place to come and disconnect, relax, and enjoy for your getaway Vacation to the beautiful East-side of Puerto Rico. If you enjoy awakening to absolute breathtaking, gorgeous Sunrises every morning while you sip your freshly brewed coffee- with the mild Atlantic Breeze softly blowing around you- then this plave is for you! It’s the very best AirB&B we’ve ever stayed in!

We loved staying at this location. Not only did Vincent and his team provide plenty towels, a bottle of wine and chips, blankets for both inside and the balcony, the location of this property was perfect to go to Luquillo, El Yunque, Ceiba to catch the ferry for Vieques and Culebra or any of the local bars/restaurants in the area. It was the perfect cozy home base and we couldn’t have asked for anything more. We will definitely look to book again next time we stay in the area! Thank you!

The penthouse was beautifully decorated, clean, and very accessible. We did experience a bit of confusion finding the unit since the building doesn’t have visible apartment numbers. It was quite late when we arrived, and I wasn’t able to reach anyone by phone, but fortunately, the security guard on-site was extremely helpful and kind. The only downsides were the early morning noise from workers on the balcony and rooftop, which made it difficult to sleep past 6 AM. Aside from that, everything else was great—the bedrooms and bathrooms were fully stocked, and we appreciated the complimentary beverages in the fridge. Although we didn’t use it, the property also features a lovely pool area that looked very inviting. Overall, a great stay with just a few minor inconveniences.

A fantastic place to stay. The view is amazing! There are so many things to do nearby with great restaurants too. A much more laid back area than San Juan with amazing beaches. The apartment was just as described and wasn’t missing anything we needed.

Great place !!we have so much fun . The house is well equipped. She thought in every detail. Recommend to a big family. The house was clean. The pool was clean location save area ,closer to the nice restaurant kiosks 55 my favorite and beaches. Thank you for having us.. we will come back.

Ashely was a super hostess! She was easy to reach, flexible,and always willing to be of any assistance. When the power went out, she helped me set up the generator over on the phone and even came by to help set it up. She is a gracious hostess and her place is beautiful and very clean. It has every amenity and Air BNB could need! I loved staying here !

Beautiful home with a beautiful view. The whole house was very clean. We had everything we needed for cooking which was important to us. Google maps messed up the location and Migdalis was very kind to walk us through the directions step by step. The location is within minutes to El Yunque, the Luquillo beaches and close to Fajardo. The grocery store, Ralph’s, is not too far and was an extremely clean store with helpful staff. The bedrooms have air conditioning which kept our sleeping very comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet (no people or street noises) except for a rooster across the street. We’re early risers so it didn’t bother us, just amused us. The night time natural noises were so calming and relaxing that I had to record them to use at home. We stayed 4 nights and were very happy there.

This is a beautiful home that accommodated our family of 5. 💛 It’s in a great location that’s close to everything—main road in & out of Luquillo, beaches, restaurants, grocery store & nearby attractions. It is a well-kept home with a spacious & yard/patio in a quiet neighborhood. Our host Alina was extremely responsive & helpful. We couldn’t have asked for more! Highly recommend.

The place was a gem. Everything was clean and neat- easy to find and the beach was a block away. I liked the fact it was a bit more on the quieter side and you weren’t in the center of the city but close enough to drive it. I would love to stay here again— and they were super responsive when we had an issue (locking ourselves out of the apartment— shoutout to Lydia and Airbnb customer service for helping us get back in) The only thing that we actually found amusing were the stray cats! There were so many and they would stand by the door trying to get into the house (the gray cat especially) we loved the cats but def had a moment where we felt a bit ganged up by them when they smelled the food we had (all fun though) we would suggest doing something about that. Other than that- 10/10 love it and would recommend everyone to check out

Visited Puerto Rico for a business trip with a few of my parnters. We absolutely LOVED the place. We will.l definitely book if we are ever in the area again. The outside was so relaxing. The mosquitoes are something terrible lol so please bring repellent. Other than that, which is out of thr host control we had a blast. The host were very responsive and helpful.

This is the second time I stay at this property and I have to say they set the bar high!! When I tell you they thought of everything down to the most minuet detail. I felt at home both times. I'll definitely be staying there in the future again. The location is phenomenal! Great restaurants, shops and close to the water taxis and the ferries that took us to Icacos, Culebra ans Vieques !
