Holiday rentals with beach access in Falconara Marittima

The apartment is very spacious, tidy, clean and very comfortable. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are spotless and spacious. It has everything! The location is very good, it is facing the sea, the view is beautiful. The train that crosses the city passes behind and is somewhat noisy, but tolerable. At night you can go for a walk and enjoy the restaurants that are on the beach, everything is close.

The only problem was finding the apartment right away, as the access is internal and the number is not immediately visible from the street, so I would suggest putting up a sign or other more visible communication of the number. Valentina is super friendly and precise, the house is tidy and has all the comforts, too bad for stairs without an elevator. Wonderful location, we never used the car because the sea is a 2-minute walk away and there is nightlife in the area with a promenade and summer attractions. Easily reachable with a few minutes' drive also overseas and acquafan or Rimini while the aquarium is within walking distance. Great experience, thank you.

The apartment is situated right on the water . The walk in front is car free and very safe. On the same esplanade is a large selection of restaurants to choose from. We had as very pleasant stay in Silvia’s apartment.

Well-equipped apartment with spectacular location right on the seafront with a nice terrace and parking space (very useful). The host was extremely helpful and kind. I recommend all these Hosts.

We loved the wonderful home and Leonardo is an exceptional host- the best! Our week in wonderful Sirolo went by too quickly and Leonardo’s place was the perfect base for us to enjoy the village, hikes and swims at nearby beaches. Look no further- for a perfect place to stay in Sirolo.

Very cozy house for us and our 8-month-old twins. Well-maintained beds with excellent mattresses. Tidy and very clean with a super-equipped kitchen. The presence of a vacuum cleaner, with two babies always on the floor, was very useful. Beautiful balcony for many dinners and lunches with spectacular views! The very welcoming bathing establishment with young and dynamic staff. Recommended!

We had a great time at Rosaria and Salvatore's place, they are fantastic hosts. Very responsive and fundamentally kind. We had the pleasure of tasting the pizzas of Salvatore, who holds the pizzeria just below the apartment. The apartment is spacious, tastefully furnished and very close to the old town on foot. Apartment in perfect condition, very clean, equipped with everything you need in the various rooms (we always cooked and ate at home and found everything we needed). There is a small, but well-stocked, supermarket nearby. Comfortable bed. The outdoor spaces are extremely well-kept, with a delightful garden, and the covered part, with a comfortable table for eating outside. Very kind and punctual Daniele; his parents are very friendly and helpful. The cottage is in a great location for visiting the Conero, its trails, and the beaches.

we spent a week at Antonella's place and it was a fantastic week. The apartment is spacious, clean, tidy, nothing is missing! The context of the residence is very convenient for both the beach and the surroundings, the area is wonderful and worth visiting. Antonella was hospitable, she met us for check-in and checkout times, she was always available. I recommend this location to everyone and especially Antonella's apartment, it was a beautiful vacation and we will definitely be back!

Had a great holiday at Villa Mariella! The villas are located in a very nice, private environment, there is a beautiful well maintained garden and a nice, clean swimming pool. The villas are very close to the beach. The beach is for a fee but you get a fixed place with an umbrella and two sunbeds. The beach is also clean and tidy. It is also very nice that you can use the bikes for the holes. The city center is easily accessible by bike but also on foot. The hosts are very nice and polite. Had very nice contact.

Leandro is a beautiful person and his apartment is delightful, it is in a perfect location to be able to enjoy Sirolo at its best. Even if it doesn't have Wi-Fi, you can find the connection in the nearby bars while sipping an aperitif or having breakfast. In short, I will definitely contact him again to return.

We rented a large ground floor apartment from Serafina in Senigallia, in a house that stands on a hill. The hill extends into the city. From the garden of the house you can see the Adriatic Sea 3 km away. If you leave the house in the opposite direction, you come directly into the beautiful hilly landscape of the Marche. There you can take small hikes. We were here for the second time and immediately felt at home. This is thanks to Serafina and her husband Francesco, their warmth and hospitality. We will be happy to come back to Senigallia, because Senigallia is a beautiful, modern city connected to its historical heritage, beach life and art.

The apartment is in a very good location and very nice. Outside of the crowd. The size is perfect for a comfortable multi-day stay. Everything is new and very clean. And Gian Marco is very available. I also appreciated the clear instructions regarding how the apartment works. A big thank you.

My family and I stayed in Francesco's apartment for a week. Francesco is a responsive, friendly and very helpful host. His apartment, clean and spacious, is located in the historic center of Sirolo and close to the Urbani beach (a stone's throw from the free shuttle house to the sea). APT as in the photos. Highly recommended!

Very nice apartment, with a delightful view and excellent usability of the outdoor spaces. The apartment, expertly renovated, offers all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. Excellent location both for the distance from the sea, you cross the road and reach the beach, and from the city center, a walk along the promenade allows you to arrive in a few minutes. Friendly welcome and helpfulness from the host. Recommended solution!!

Michele’s apartments are one of the best i’ve ever been to! It was super-clean and cosy where you can feel yourself like home, a lot of space and we fell in love with balcony! You feel it is not just a flat to rent, but really somebody’s home, and it is fantastic! All what you can need is provided and even more! Washing and dishwashing machines, ironboard and iron, air conditioner etc. Location is just perfect - close to the sea and old city, but not in the touristic area, rather residential, but you can reach center in 20 minutes on foot. Parking slots always were available next to the building or 2-3 mins walk (in September). Michele and Beatrice are very communicative and reply to all the questions promptly. We loved staying at Casa Beatrice and if we come again - we will stay there! I highly recommend Casa Beatrice to everyone coming to Senigallia!

Lorena is an exceptional host. Always present and available, he offers valuable advice on the surrounding areas. At check-in we found a bottle of local wine and a homemade jam as a welcome. The apartment is very well located, very close to the important areas of Ancona, and close to public transport. It is spacious, fresh, very clean and with good furniture. Well decorated. The stay was fantastic. Angela welcomed us during the stay and made us feel at home. She gave us good recommendations, advice and we had a pleasant conversation with her. He was very kind and made our stay fantastic.

Really comfortable apartment, with a beautiful view of the sea,directly on the beach that you can access directly from the condominium garden. The house really offers everything and even more! Not only the essentials in the kitchen (oil, sugar, tea, coffee) but also some bottles of water and even a prosecco as a welcome. Also games and children's books that my little ones loved so much. Two comfortable bicycles are also available for doing grocery without having to move the car. The area is quiet, along a little busy road. In about ten minutes walk you can walk to the waterfront with the bike path that leads to the center. Carla is always very friendly and kind in every contact. Super flexible check-in and check-out times. Not only that, due to a bad unexpected, we had to leave a day late, but Carla allowed us to slide the reservation without losing even a day! Definitely to recommend: a great experience!
