In the house, there is also 1 bedroom and 1 toilet. Wifi is available. In the yard there is a separate sauna with shower and toilet. In the area, there are several beaches, barbecue areas and nice forest trails. In winter, there are ski tracks on the lake and an ice vacuum for winter swimming . An idyllic spot only about 10 minutes drive from Umeå.

Animals are on the farm but the farmhouse is hypoallergenic, no animals stay there. Internet via wifi for video calls available.

There is of course a toilet with shower that also includes a combined washing machine and dryer. Comfortable full beds 80x200cm and an extra bed box spring 80x200cm, with bed mattress.

The house is fully equipped with all the comforts and you can choose if you want to buy for breakfast or arrange yourself in the nice kitchen. In summertime, we have an open craft shop and garden cafe Eljest on the same farm. Large parking space available about 50 m from the house. There is an option to charge your electric car at cost. Welcome. This cottage built in 1894 has been carefully renovated to a cosy guesthouse on 30m2 for 5 people. A cottage with the comfort of modern people of today but still with the atmosphere of back in the old days. This is tho cottage for you if you like to visit a traditional Swedish house, and like a place to relax. But here is also many possibilities for activities.
