A cozy house with 3 rooms and a kitchen located right on one of Skellefteå's finest sandy beaches, surrounded by a lovely forest. In the house, there is a soapstone fireplace and large windows facing the sea, as well as amenities such as TV, WiFi, dishwasher and washing machine and a well-equipped kitchen. On the property, there is also a sauna, volleyball court and barbecue area that we offer our guests. A harmonious and nice place all year round! We live in the house next door and make sure you feel at home and have everything you need. Welcome!

Nice and spacious townhouse in quiet neighborhood. -Large terrace in the south with barbecue, dining group and sofa group. -Parking outside the house. -one bedroom with queen size bed+crib. -One bedroom with 105 cm single bed + air mattress. - One bedroom with 160cm bed. A bathroom with bathtub upper floor, toilet middle floor, living room in the basement with large sofa that can sleep in, or mattresses to sleep on the floor. Laundry room in the basement with shower. About 3 km to the city center. Close to grocery store. Good bus connections.

The Yellow House

Welcome to our charming Gula Hus in a peaceful, nature-friendly setting. Large lawn and a timber-framed shed next to the house. There are 4 bedrooms with a total of 6 beds on two floors. Beds made with fresh bed linens. Newly renovated bathroom with underfloor heating, as well as a washing machine and dryer. The kitchen has a new stove and a new fridge/freezer. The house is heated by a new, very quiet air-to-water heat pump. Within walking distance of the bus stop on the E4 and only 4 km (2.5 miles) to a store and gas station.

A completely renovated villa (2023) with high standards and nice, quiet rooms. Suitable for business people/families/groups of friends who appreciate nice accommodation in calm and quiet surroundings. 10 minutes to the city. Good bus connections. Underfloor heating throughout the house, and the kitchen has double appliances of everything. Fully equipped large kitchen and fully furnished. Hotel-standard bed linens & towels. Large stone patio with gas grill & dining area/lounge, pavilion. We speak Swedish and English.

Cozy accommodation with lake views in a scenic area. On the lower floor there is a large living room, kitchen, large bathroom and a small toilet. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms with 6 sleeping places. - Sauna and hot tub available for rent in an adjacent house. In that house, there is also a small toilet with shower. There is also a sofa bed in the house that sleeps two guests. - Swimming beach nearby. - The nearest grocery store is in Bygdsiljum, 8 km away - Proximity to slalom slope, 8 km.

Basement apartment

Smaller basement apartment with a small kitchenette. The sleeping arrangements consist of a single bed (105 cm) and a smaller sofa bed (105 cm). Please note that the bed is narrow – two of you can definitely sleep in it if you like to lie close together, but otherwise the sofa bed is available! Bed linens and towels are provided, and parking is available on the street right outside the house. The accommodation is located about 3 minutes by car from the E4. It is about 1.5 km to the city center.

Enjoy the serenity of Swedish summer. Relax on the porch, take a walk along the gravel roads, pick your own berries or take a nighttime swim or canoe trip in the calm waters of the lake. Airy one-bedroom apartment with AC and beautiful sea views

Just 10 minutes from Skellefteå is our guest house which is bright, airy and inviting! Dogs are welcome, but cats are not due to allergies. The cottage has large windows to the horizon and is decorated with what you need. Smart TV and good broadband. Here you sleep in a sofa bed that is 140 cm wide, on a thick box spring. From there, you also have a view of the sea. Want a separate bedroom so please ask! Sometimes, but not always, it's available. It is next door to a bed 160 cm wide.

Welcome to our house by the river – only 2 minutes from Skellefteå Airport. Up to 6 guests can stay here in a spacious house with three bedrooms. From the balcony, you go directly down to a large deck and then out onto a private jetty. Enjoy barbecue evenings overlooking the water, take a swim from the bathing steps, or fish directly from the jetty. Here, peaceful nature is combined with a very convenient location close to the airport and Skellefteå.

Live the simple life in this peaceful and centrally located home. You go down to the basement but are still on the ground floor at the other end of the apartment. It has a very nice layout with 2 exits. Fully-equipped, modern kitchen. 2 bedrooms with a 140-cm bed in each. In bedroom 2, there is a Tempur mattress for those who want to sleep extra well :).

Small and cosy cabin built in 2020. Situated in a rural setting overlooking a lake and fields. Hosts live in the main house on the property. Skellefteå airport is only 7 min away and the distance to Skellefteå city is 17 km. Airport pick up available, for an extra 250 SEK (returen ticket) , upon request.
