Imraan and Kim were very accomodating and made us feel very welcome during our stay. There was an issue with the building that made us have to move out earlier, and it is this episode that made it clear to me that Imraan and Kim were great accomodaters. They quickly paid for us to stay at a different place, and when the issue persisted, they gave us a partial refund and quickly refunded the rest of our nights. I think they responded very well to an unfortunate situation. I would recommend renting from Imraan and Kim.

Absolutely perfect. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our one-month stay. The privacy is great — after passing through the shared garden, the cottage is completely separate from the main house, with a stone wall providing full seclusion. Can highly recommend.

Had a great stay in Camps Bay. Amazing view and great location, 15 min walk to the beach and short uber ride to the restaurant and bar area on Kloof St. Communication with Valencia was very helpful and quick. Rooms are well designed and feel modern, nice spacious bathrooms (with doors!). Pool area is nice, although could maybe get crowded in high season. The views and the sundowns are lovely though. The building itself is a little sterile and feels a little impersonal for my personal taste, but for the 3 days we had in Capetown, it was perfect.

Four of us were in South Africa for 3 weeks of safari’s and sightseeing. We added 3 days to our stay to relax before the long flight home. We enjoyed the unit very much and have already recommended it to some friends that want to make the same trip. Nico and Michelle both gave us great recommendations for places to eat.

The place was amazing! The area is safe and secluded and is a perfect oasis, while being close to everything Cape Town has to offer. The Services from Linda and Philip was amazing and the place was kept in pristine conditions all the time. The communication was also perfect. Would 10/10 recommend to everyone! This is an excellent apartment in a fantastic location. It’s easy to get into the buzzy shopping and restaurant area of the Waterfront. The complex and building are very safe and secure.

We had a truly wonderful stay at 5 Marie-Christine street, Franschhoek, hosted by Charlotte. The location is absolutely beautiful—easy to find and very secure, which gave us great peace of mind. Our hostess, Charlotte, was an absolute delight: charming, friendly, and incredibly accommodating, especially with our late check-in. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed. The rooms were beautifully appointed, spotless, and tastefully decorated. Every detail contributed to a homely, warm, and inviting atmosphere that made it easy to relax and enjoy our time. It’s clear that a lot of care and thought has gone into making this place feel special. Highly recommended—we would love to return!

We lived here around 1 month. It was the one the best locations in Cape Town we visited for. Gina was friendly and helpful. There was daily cleaning which included in your apartment payment. Also apartment has huge balcony with great view on Table Mountain. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need to cook. 100 % can recommend this apartment to staying.

Beautiful apartment, very close to all the fun in town.

This apartment is highly recommended for water and beach lovers. A short walk and you have already reached the Atlantic Ocean and a wonderful view of Table Mountain and Cape City. If the Atlantic is too cold for you, you can swim in the very long pool, wonderful! Nadine has always been available and helpful, communication was great.

Our first stop in SA was in Houtbaai in Astrid's apartment. Great location and super cozy space overlooking the mountains. Very spacious filled apartment with everything you might need for your stay! Stunning apartment in a great location, all the comforts of a self contained place in the heart of a fine selection of restaurants. Table mountain in the background and a gorgeous sunrise every morning, not sure I can recommend this place enough, its perfect 👌

The place is incredible. Vernon and Mel is incredible and the place was very clean. I would highly recommend
